I was surprised by the quality and how realistic this car seat is. We’ve owned three over the years and only because our child went though a stage of no longer wanting to play with dolls and donating it, to wanting to play with dolls again and wanting both the blue and pink.

I like it's ease to use the car seat itself. I don't like the buckles, yeah, sorry, my reborn has bent joints, so at the hips it needs to be lengthened, which I didn't know the backside underneath had buckles, I feel that the buckles we're a tad bit aggravating. The latch system? I my as well forget it. It's too complicated for me a grown adult to comprehend. Yes I have a learning disability, I find that he fits even with a head support pillow which I used with him, as a head support. You can use a cushion on the insiybut sadly mine didn't work, I'll have to order him one because I didn't plan that out well sadly. It's not cushioned at all. Overall it fits him in it. The handle bar is easy to use and the base? I haven't bothered to remove it yet. I'll have to update my review after I try that out.

This is hands-down the very best doll car seat you can buy. It has a base and latches to secure it to the car just like an infant car seat. It removes from the base easily, and it is highly portable and light-weight yet still durable. It will fit both small baby dolls as well as baby-sized baby dolls. The doll in the picture wears 0-3 sized infant clothing and still fits this car seat well enough to not look out of place. The straps adjust and they look just like a real car seat's straps. I highly recommend this product.

My daughter loves this for her reborns. Other seat and doll are so real I won’t let her leave it in my van alone for fear someone is breaking my window. Love the car seat. Recommend for your kid

I absolutely love this car seat for dolls! It fits a 16” reborn DOLL perfectly and has the realistic features of a real car seat but smaller in size making it so much easier for kids to carry. The car seat and base are extremely lightweight but feel sturdy. The handle requires two hands to pop out and move but isn’t too difficult and makes it sturdier, the handle stays in place nicely. Only thing I struggled with was figuring out how to attach the anchor hooks to the car seat and install in the car, the instructions on the paper wasn’t clear but I found you tube videos that helped.

Very well made carseat and functional base. Carseat also fits into the joovy stroke making it a perfect combo. Just too bad they're not sold together.

Words simply cannot express how excited to see that the Joovy baby car seat/carrier was back in stock on Amazon. I have done tons of research looking for the perfect baby doll car seat for my daughter and trust me this Joovy seat is the One and Only in my opinion. My daughter received the Joovy stroller for Christmas about four or five years ago and still uses it all the time. It has held up remarkably over time. As a matter of fact it still looks brand new.This Joovy seat is identical to a real one in every way imaginable. It has the harness that buckles at the chest and between the legs, the adjustable handle for carrying, the safety warning on the fabric, removable cover for washing, hole for seat belt to go thru between car seat and base, seat is light enough for small children, and best of all it comes out of the base for carrying the doll around. It also comes in blue or pink! All of the other play car seats come up way short when compared to the Joovy seat.I was so disappointed when I tried to find one for my daughter at Christmas and then at her birthday in February and there were none to be found. I started thinking they must have been discontinued. Sometimes a used one would pop up and the bidding would go really high and it would be gone really fast. I finally won a bid on a used Joovy toddler doll car seat. It is also very well made but my child plays with small baby dolls and I really wanted this one for her. These are nice but you cannot use it as a carrier, only a car seat. I was so excited when they were back in stock on Amazon and I bought one right away. Lets just say she LOVES it and all the kids want to play with it when they come over. Its a big hit at my house....so if you are thinking of buying one...do it now before its gone!Update: both of my girls loved the Joovy doll seat and stroller. One child had the pink and the other had the blue. Now I have a niece and she loves it so much I bought her one for her birthday and she was so excited! This makes three that I’ve bought so far! They are a wonderful toy that looks looks so real that I’m kind of scared for my daughter to leave her very real looking baby in it....scared someone will think a real baby has been left in the car and bust my window or call the police😬
