One of the table latches does not close properly, which prevents it from locking. I have requested product support to have them come out and fix it. The table is too large and bulky to ship it back. I will update this review if I get adequate support from the manufacturer. For a product this expensive, I would expect the latch to work perfectly.

We use these at our juvenile centers, these are very well built. This is the second one of these we have purchased. We wanted to see if they could hold up to the abuse and amount of usage our kids dish out, they do. Our other table is on it's 3rd year and we have never had a problem, we were going through the fiber board tables monthly, these are the best made and are an outstanding value.

We order the table to have here before Christmas, we were told it would happen and retold it wouldn't arrive until Jan.5. We purchased another table to have present for our long awaited for Christmas festivities.We tired to cancel the order but due to the fact that it had already been shipped, we had to wait for delivery and then request a pick up for return of sealed and unopened box with the table. We have until Feb. 4 to return the item which is sold by Amazon who purchased it from the manufacturer.We started this process on Jan.5, 2023. We were unable to start the regular return process for days, thinking it must be a computer glitch. But returning another item appeared to be fine. We called Amazon and they said to wait for 2-3 days for a return call and suggested that we contact the manufacturer. We asked as the item was purchased by Amazon whom we bought it from. The manufacturer would not know anything about nor would they provide the refund as AMAZON GOT THE MONEY!Now sitting at about Jan. 10. NO RETURN CALL OT EMAIL CAME. we called again and the person stated that they would place an escalated high priority on this and it would take 7-10 days. making it now Jan. 20.NO RETURN CALL OR EMAIL CAME.Called Amazon again on Jan. 23 and spent 2.5 hours speaking to 6 different people, each one suggesting they were on top of the company to straighten this out. We had to repeat the conversation 6 times due to them telling us that each one had no information on their computer, no escalation process and the best one after giving them our address and of course they know where they are shipping this too, asked are you sure it is in Canada. Is Amazon trying to tell us that their computer system is so antiquated that they don't have this in front of them and lets not forget you are told from the very beginning that this conversation is being recorded for teaching purposes. I said great, when you play this back , I want everyone to know how ridiculous this entire conversation is. Finally what was defined as the real top person, said that she would manually request a pick up and that department would call us for a pick up date as that of course is not her job. She again asked us to fill out all of the information sent to us by email. Once they would receive this info back and trust it was done within the minute of receiving it, we would be notified by the pick up dept for a date.On Jan. 30, we received an email stating the return was approved- REALLY?? but we need all of your information again. Immediately sent the information again.It is now Feb. 2 with no news from Amazon. The item is sitting securely just as it arrived, unopened, protected and waiting for pick up. No reason why it cannot be picked up. Amazon should be embarrassed and ashamed of how this whole request has been handled or rather isn't being handled in a professional manner.So while the manufactures of Joola pink pong may be good or even an excellent company, they are allowing for bad communications to happen for distributing their product through Amazon and Amazon not caring at all and/or have forgotten how they built their business from the people who chose to buy products from the Amazon distribution Centers.

I purchased the Joola outdoor table tennis table.My main concern was that I was buying something that was obviously large and wasn't certain how it would be delivered. I also read some reviews that the packaging may not have been that good as some recipients expressed concern over damaged box arriving to their residence. THAT WAS NOT the case with my delivery and should be with your delivery.I was thrilled with the delivery and here's why..1) Upon ordering I was advised of a dates I could receive my delivery.2) I was offered multiple time slots for delivery3) Delivery personnel ( 2 people) arrived on time at my house in a Ryder Truck.4) Very courteous and placed the box inside my home as I requested.About the packaging:1) I wish I had taken photographs as it was very solid packaging.2) Large Square box, taped on all sides3) Take the tape off, lift the top of the box and see a protective cover over the first half of the table.4) Noticed that the corners of the box and the table were re-inforced. Table had plastic on edges, inner corners of box and sides of box were also lined with wood, thereby protecting the table. This was very solid packaging !About the setup:1) You should have two people .2) Place a blanket on the floor.3) Flip table so playing side is on the blanket4) Joola gives all parts in one sealed package. open the package5) Open the legs for the table6) To attach the wheels ( the only thing you need to do), use the two wheel legs and the brackets supplied. Place the wheel leg flush to the leg on the table, place the brackets on each side of the leg and align the holes.7) Use supplied bolts and nuts and finger tighten8) Once finger tightened, you will need two wrenches. One holds the nut in place, the other tightens the bolt into the nut.9) Press wheels into place. Real easy.10) With two people, turn table right side up. It will stand on its own.11) Follow steps for other table12) Set tables against each other13) Attach Net with hand tightening clip on the net to underside of tables.About playing on the table:1) Alot of fun2) My wife has found how to hit the ping pong ball to my left and win the point.3) Ok, not really relative to my review, but its alot of fun and we are looking forward to having friends come over and play this summer in our backyard.Overall this is a great table. Please keep in mind that the two sides of the table will butt up to each other and the clamp that holds the net also connects the two table sides. This is shown from the manufacturer on their description and was fully expected. If you purchase this, just be aware that you will need to set the two tables up , level the legs and then attach the net last. You should only move the table when the net is off.Hope my review is helpful. If you are in the market for a quality outdoor table, buy this one. It may cost a little more but you get what you pay for.

We bought the table to use in our garage. It surprised me to see it in two separate halves without any mechanical connection between the halves. Initially the tops bowed in the middle but directly under the net so no effect on play. The surface plays very well and consistent. I made up a couple of small 2”x4”x3/4” blocks for the underside where the net attaches—I slip them under the net clamp and it secures the two table halves and levels the table.It stores well but to me it would seem you need a flat uniform surface. We got the outdoor wheels but they don’t seem robust enough to handle moving over lawns or rougher ground, not over time. Also the levelling of the two halves of the table would need to be done each and every time the table is moved.Ours also arrived with one folding mechanism minutely misaligned which makes it a challenge to lock-in place vertically—someone careless might tip the half over by trying to slam the clip in place.Great table, the outdoor aspect—on a patio or deck yes

Was a bit worried as this unit was a bit more expensive then others available - but having used it multiple times over the last year I'm glad I spent the extra money on this one. The large wheels make it very easy to move around. The folding/unfolding switch is made of metal and is so easy to operate. It has been exposed to freezing temperatures (-25 deg C) and huge changes in humidity, but still performs well. A storage compartment for the bats/balls would be a nice feature but not absolutely necessary. Attaching the net seems like a bit of an after thought, and a let down. Everything else about this table oozes quality - but the net is attached using a simple clamp that doesn't appear to be as robust - but then how often do you need to move the net? Overall my family and I are very happy with this purchase.

This is a great table. It was very easy to set up, I did it myself in about 20 minutes. It folds up very easily and is not difficult to move around. The net does a pretty good job of keeping the table from coming apart, but it would be nice to be able to lock the 2 sides together. At this price it is a 5 star table but I only gave it 4 as mine has a very small scratch ( about 1/2 inch) on the playing surface (see pic). This is not big enough to affect play and isn't worth the hassle of doing a return/exchange. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend this table.

Table arrived in perfect condition within expected time. This table is easy to assemble and a pleasure to play on. Net clamps could be a bit more sturdy. But otherwise, an excellent investment for its category. If you're a beginner, purchase this table first, rather than a less expensive one. Rather than becoming discouraged due to a flimsy, or poor quality table, this table, will inspire you to continue playing, and thus improving one's skills and dedication to the sport. Ping Pong is a wonderful NON-body contact sport, which will enhance your eye-hand coordination, as well as contribute to overall body agility, flexibility and strength. A great table for a fabulous sport! Recommended.

We received this product from Amazon, and we are really pleased with how the whole process happened. Shipping company Amazon used was great, they communicated what was happening excellently. The driver contacted us day before, and everything went super smoothly.The table arrived in its manufacturer shipping container. I was very impressed with how well the shipping container was constructed. It had structural elements inside to ensure the product was properly protected. It arrived in flawless condition.Assembly was very easy, basically, attach the wheel trucks with the bolts and brackets. A second person is definitely recommended to help lift. It was not overly heavy, but the table surface is large.Overall quality of the the table is great. I was not sure what to expect from an aluminum composite table, but the bounce is exactly as it should be compared to the other tables I have played on.All in all, I give this product 5 stars each for 3 aspects; 1) ease of ordering a large item like this, 2) ease of delivery, and 3) overall quality of the product.We love this table, and we are confident that it will bring us a lifetime of use.Side notes: We plan on using this table indoors. We live in Florida, and due to the humidity, we felt that a typical MDF construction table would tend to warp. We also plan on using this table as a main dining room table. It is super large, and the wheel trucks and support legs are recessed enough to allow people to sit around it. We will put a table pad on top, and a table cloth over it. It will make a beautiful table to entertain with. However, we also will be careful to not put excessively heavy items on it either, as its primary purpose is a ping pong table!
