We have two of these and they’ve been indispensable since our toddler started potty training. They are sturdy and stay in place well but are also easy to move when needed. The handles are really useful for our toddler positioning herself and getting in and out of the seat also. Good purchase for the price.

The design of this product is flawed, this is next to impossible for a toddler to use independently (which is the entire point of using this potty seat versus a small floor potty). This product is fine if you are going to help your child use the potty every single time, but if you are hoping to teach your child to use the toilet independently (requiring them to to remove clothing, climb the stairs, turn around on the top step, and sit on the seat) a toddler will not be able to do these steps successfully. My 3 year old is not big enough or coordinated enough to use this product.

These potty stairs allows my grandson to get up on adult toilet without worrying about falling in and allows training him to have a bowel movement in an adult toilet so I don't have to clean out the kiddie potty.

Got this for my toddler, it’s amazing. The only issue is that the plastic bolts keep falling out at least once a month. Other than that well worth the money. It folds nice too and is easy for kids to set up if you ever forget to put it back.

After having this product for about a year, I can say with confidence that it’s one of the best potty training tools we purchased. The independence along with the stability really helped our little one potty train faster! He’s 2 and a half now and climbs up on his own to go potty. He can even stand at the top and lean over to pee standing up, it’s honestly hilarious. But this potty has stayed in great condition, it’s sturdy and it’s easy to put up and down! We tried a couple of other potty seats but he would either pinch his thigh coming down, the seat would wiggle around, or it was just uncomfortable for him. So we love this one!

I was a bit skeptical when I first assembled this because it seemed a little unsteady compared to what I had imagined. However, it's been working out well. My daughter can climb up and down off of it safely. I appreciate the fact that it folds, allowing me to conveniently store it on the side of the toilet when not in use. In fact, my mother ended up getting a very similar one for her house because it's easy for my nephew to move around, and he's 8. The grip on the handles is nice, and while the cushion on the seat is decent, I've seen ones with better cushioning. Nonetheless, for potty training purposes, I think this was a good addition considering the price point. Just make sure to follow the assembly instructions carefully for stability.

We got this to upgrade from training potty when he’s ready to start using big potty; I think I set it up a few days ago and he just decided to try this tonight, with success!Kind of Cons: We have an old “round” toilet and this had to be used with the seat up because there is a lip under the ladder seat that doesn’t clear our toilet seat hole, making it otherwise pretty unstable. I should try it on our newer oval toilet too… I could see it fitting over the toilet seat better maybe. I am able to get it very stable on the round toilet once I learned the toilet seat had to be fully up… fine, but my husband doesn’t really keep the rim clean, so not ideal at the moment…. 🥴 The hing can be a little tricky too, you have to make sure the hinge part is locked “down” into place for stability and flat surface. This is okay for adults setting it up but I’m a little nervous if my toddler attempts to set up out of our sight, he’s not going to do this locking step to click it into place. Also folding it takes some effort to pull the joint “up” to unlock. Might take some getting used to, or we leave it on for him?Pros: it’s pretty compact/somewhat easy fold, very light! — my toddler can move it against the wall where it stands. He’s very into doing things himself so I love there’s possibility for independence with it. We have a very tiny bathroom with limited space so I really wanted something compact and stable platform.I think overall this fits the bill but I’m just not sure yet if it’s too nuanced for a 2-3yr old to set up safely on their own; going to take some practice and training, we’ve only used it once and I had to hold it for him since I hadn’t worked out all the stability kinks yet. I am pleased that a ladder like this is making him feel more comfortable and confident to try the big potty though! He was very against big potty prior to getting this. UPDATE: we’ve had it up for a couple days with exclusive use, #1 & #2. I like this enough to keep it, glad it’s working out for us!

I bought this potty for my Grandson. It is very sturdy, very easy to take off and on but also lightweight and folds up nicely. He tried it out tonight when he had a sleepover here and he loved that it has steps which I did too, as it saves my back, lifting him on and off The toilet. He also said he liked the handles. He seemed very comfortable on it. I think it’s well worth the money. So far I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter. It was super easy to put together. Took me 5 minutes. It fits on our toilet perfectly but it’s awesome that you can make it higher if needed. I sit her on it myself for now but when she’s ready to climb up herself, the steps are a great feature! I wasn’t sure how well it would adhere to the toilet but with her weight on it (she’s 30 lbs right now) the non slip grip works amazingly and doesn’t slide one bit. The bottom step that sits on the floor doesn’t slide around either. It’s at a perfect angle as well. The cushion attached is firm enough to make her feel secure but also nicely cushioned and comfortable. And the perfect size for a little butt. The slash guard in the front is awesome too!I put her on it for the first time yesterday and she peed!! Yayyyy! So proud! We don’t have much space so the fact that it folds up is fantastic. When she’s not using it I fold it and store it in the bathroom conveniently. My daughter loves the handles on the sides too and feels safe holding onto them while sitting on it.It’s a wonderful product and I 100% recommend. And at $35, you can’t beat that!

Not as sturdy as I’d like it to be, but good enough to say safe with assistance. Picture instructions of building it are pretty simple to follow. Rubber seat falls out if you try to stand it up as advertised, so that is annoying. Overall pretty good, not the best.
