Bought 2 and one of them already had a leak. The other worked well until it broke in less than 2 months.

What I liked about it is that you can buy a larger size bottle of your favorite mix, save money and salvage the balance with Jokari keeper pump. WINNER

2 liter bottles because they have a larger cap size. Does not work on 16.9 fl oz bottles because they have a smaller cap size.

I recently received the Jokari Keeper Pump & Pour as a gift from my daughter, and I'm thrilled with the results! This ingenious device keeps your fizzy beverages "fizzy" for an extended period compared to simply using the cap.Using the Keeper Pump & Pour is a breeze – it's easy to use and incredibly convenient. For someone like me who despises the disappointment of flat sodas, this product is an absolute must-have.If you're a fan of keeping your drinks delightfully effervescent, I highly recommend the Jokari Keeper Pump & Pour. It has become an indispensable addition to my beverage routine. Cheers to longer-lasting fizz!

Es muy bueno y si mantiene por más tiempo con gas las bebidas, sólo midan muy bien el espacio de su refrigerador porque a mí me quedo más grande y la tengo que inclinar un poco.

If you don't go through a two liter bottle of a carbonated beverage in a day or two, this gadget is a good investment. Keep in mind, though, that it does not easily (or maybe "ever") pressurize a bottle to the point that no CO2 will be released from the beverage. Rather, it pressurizes the bottle to about 90% of what it would take to preserve all of the carbonation. By using this doodad, a bottle of carbonated beverage will last an extra two or three days. Also, when you have used nearly all of the beverage, you'll be squeezing the little pump very many times to get it up to its maximum pressure, which isn't the most fun way to spend a good 35 seconds of your life.

My initial impression of the product was good. It seemed to be of reasonably sturdy construction and didn't feel particularly cheap. However, upon using the product, it became clear that it didn't work as intended.I gave it the benefit of the doubt, trying it on several different soda bottles before passing judgment. In each case, the product initially pressurized the bottles well but within a day, the pressure was gone and my soda went flat. I made sure the product was tightly screwed on and properly seated, but in each case, the outcome was the same.I thought perhaps I simply had a defective unit. Such things happen in manufacturing and it wouldn't be fair to rate a whole product line as bad over a single defect. However, upon careful inspection, I could find no defect. The rubber gasket that sealed the pump to the bottle was intact, properly seated and showed no obvious signs of being malformed. The hinge felt solid and the latch appeared to snap securely and seal. Nothing appeared defective. I can therefore only conclude that the design is itself is flawed. It's a shame. I liked the look and design of this product and I really wanted it to work. However, this product does not work as intended and I cannot recommend that anyone purchase it.

It works. Gave it the ultimate test. A 3l lemonade used by one person. Finished it after almost four days and still noticeably fizzy. Normally yhe last .5l is totally flat and is chucked. Gives a lively pop when released. Well worth a tenner.

These help keep fizz in the soda. Good for 2 liters and non-returnables too. Only problem is a 2 liter needs a lot of pumps when they are not full, so I knocked off one star. When you pop off the cap, you relieve all the bottle pressure. After pouring and closing, you need to pump the bottle back up to the firmness of a unopened bottle, or the CO2 in the soda will go into the bottle to make up the difference, and you lose fizz. I have used the dispenser type that uses the fizz pressure to force out the soda, but the soda runs out of pressure before the bottle is empty, and the last of the soda is flat. I would like to see a combination of this pump with the dispenser so you don't lose all the pressure every time and don't have to replenish it. At least offer a "T" fitting to allow them to be combined. One of these days, when I have some time, I'll try to print one.

I've found this to be an excellent product. I'll do my best to walk you thorough how I've obtained my excellent results:1) After opening the 2 liter bottle of soda I cut off the remaining plastic ring from the top of the bottle. This is a MUST DO for this gadget to work properly.2) Screw on the Fizz-keeper while it is closed tightly. Make sure the plastic washer is on the bottom of the Fizz-keeper. Mine is white. It is this washer that seals the Fizz-keeper to the bottle. Tighten the Fizz-keeper securely to the bottle but do not over tighten it.3) Making sure the Fizz-keeper's bulb is latched completely to itself. Then simply pump the bulb. I hold the bottle with one hand, squeezing the bottle slightly as I pump the bulb with the other. You will feel the bottle tightening as you pump air into it. If it doesn't begin to tighten something is wrong. It isn't completely closed or screwed to the bottle well or missing the washer or detective. So when the bottle becomes slightly hard to squeeze it is tight enough. It is this preasure that holds in the carbonation. Don't over pump the bulb because this will build unnecessary pressure inside of the bottle causing the Fizz-keeper to be harder to open and resulting in a loud "pop". Maybe even blowing it off of the bottle causing injury or worse. You would have to be a pumping fool to achieve this much pressure but it could happen. Don't worry, with a little practice you will get the "feel" of all of this pretty quickly.4) When I'm ready for some soda I press the release lever as I hold the bottle. Don't be supsuprised if there is a "pop" when opening. This is nomal and it assures that the bottle was pressurized and the drink should stll have carbonation. That's it.4) The one thing I failed to mention: DON'T SHAKE IT! As with all carbonated beverages, if you shake them the preasure builds and POP goes the Weasel!I've had great luck using my little Fizz-keeper and I hope you will too. I felt $9 was a bit too expensive for this but after doing the math it's not bad. I don't go through 2 liters of soda quickly and I usually throw away a quarter of it because it's flat. This little dude has solved that. I realize this is made of plastic and polymer and it will dry out and crack and become useless. But if this thing works for 50 bottles it will have more than payed for itself. Then I'll buy another one. This review, like all of my reviews, is not paid for in anway. I only do this to be helpful.
