I’ve been wanting to try out a set of these cake puck makers for awhile and now I wish I hadn’t waited so long! It really is as easy as videos you can find online make it out to be. My first try was at making a basic cake cup and it worked out great. I used melted almond bark for the coating. Since then I’ve made chocolate covered Rice Krispie treats, extra large sized peanut butter cups, covered brownies and so much more. The best thing about these is they are safe to use at temperatures up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit so not only are they great for desserts and snacks but they can also be used to make lotion bars and shower steamers! I’m super excited to look into and learn how to make lotion bars.As for the quality of the molds, they are good. The silicone is a bit on the thin side, but that does make it easier to remove things from the mold so it might be a good thing it’s a thinner silicone. Other than that I really can’t think of anything negative to say about them. They are a great size, they work as they should and I’ve been having a great time using them and am excited to try out a bunch of different recipes I’ve found. All in all, I definitely recommend them - and stock up on almond bark, if you are like me you’ll need a lot more than you thought because you’ll be making new snacks every night!
