This is a good strong stream of water to the undercarriage or wherever you need it. Maneuverability is very good, It fit just fine to my pressure washer And the performance was more than I could ask for from any Other method of cleaning the undercarriage

I recently used this undercarriage cleaner, and it was fantastic! I saw the dirty water flowing away and didn't realize how bad it was. Now, I feel so much better and can sleep at night knowing it's clean. Highly recommend!

The reel itslef is great. It's built to withstand the apocalypse. Like it's 1990 and I bought one at Sears. The included instructions aren't that great. Definitly not written by a native engllish speaker. Took me a while to figure out that they were assembly instructions, and the unit was already assembled. I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to do, then realized that it's already been done. The unit arrived fully assembled. Mounting instructions were NOT included. I contacted the seller and they got them sent to me right away. The included installation hardware was new to me. I had never seen this type of anchor before. With the smooth sides, I can't imageine it working very well (see photo). The machine screws it also includes woudl only be useful if you are mounting it on a surface where you can access both sides. I just went to Lowes and bought some 3/8x4" lag bolts and mounted it on the pole that holds up the carport. Mounting holes are 6" center to center left to right, an 7" center to center top to bottom. My only complaint is that it is a little bit stiff to pull the hose out, and it doesn't retract as well as I'd like. My only experience with retractable hose reels is the air hose reels we have mounted to the ceiling at work. Those pull down nice and smooth, give it a good tug and you get several feet of hose out nice and smooth, it'll keep unreeling for a few seconds after you tug on it. This one, you have to pull pretty hard and constantly to get it to unreel. It does auto retract, but you have to help guide the hose back in or it will stop. The last several feet of hose, you'll need to manually spin the drum. Still beats a crank one or coiling the hose up by hand. However, I will be looking at getting a USA made heavy duty industrial unit so I have something that will last a lifetime. The instructions weren't very clear on how to install the hose, which is NOT included. You get the lead hose that attaches to your pressure washer, but not the 50' hose that is indicated. The reel can accept up to a 65' hose according to the instructions. There is a little tab on the spool that needs to be bent inward toward the center to put the hose through, then it just plugs in with the 3/8" quick connector. Make sure your hose has a 3/8" quick connect already on it, because there is not enough space to use an adapter. The hose needs to have the 3/8" connector pre-installed onto it, or you'll need to cut it off and attach one, and you need specialized tools to do that.Prior to installing the hose, turn the reel in the direction of the arrow on the sticker to get it pre-tensioned. If you are using a 50' hose, you'll need to turn the reel 18-22 turns, making sure to stop at a position where the reel is locked so it won't go flying back to the start position. I have a 50' hose and needed to turn mine 21 complete revolutions. For the 65' hose, you'll neet to turn it a few more. Don't go too far or you'll damage the spring mechanism. This will allow the fully extended hose to be retracted completely. I tried 18 turns first, and there was still a few feet of hose dangling once the reel retracted. It's probably going to be trial and error, but once you get it set, you're done. The fairlead is adjustable, which is nice. It's not the best designed fairlead, but it does allow for sideways pulling. No leaks anywhere. It comes with thread tape, which is nice. The lead hose has a M22x14 female connector. It fit nice and snug into my DeWalt pressure washer.

For the price, not the value expected. Lots of noise from internal spring, does not handle 4000 psi as it’s rated. Leaks with gas pressure washer. Electric lower pressure washer is “ok” still slight leak.(leaks at pivot point where lead or whip attaches) Barely BARELY takes a 50ft hose. Frame build sturdyPositive - it does come with hardware to mount.

This little sprayer works great with my Active 2.0 pressure washer, just the right amount of pressure to clean the undercarriage of my vehicles. It is a must have especially if you drive in a dusty or muddy environment and for the winter time when you need to get the grime and salt cleaned off.
