I used these for plaque removal in a hard-to-reach area between two back teeth that are very tight together, where a traditional polishing strip couldn’t fit. They worked surprisingly well for this purpose, and the quality of the files is excellent. While I’m not using them for their intended purpose, they’ve been a helpful tool for addressing a tricky spot. The thin, flexible design made it easy to maneuver without damaging my gums or teeth.
