This is a nice magnifying glass. It's on the heavy side, but with the magnification and the LED lights, it is the greatest for reading instructions so small that even an ant couldn't read it.

I used it without the batteries or light for the past 2 years.It's totally Excellent. I brought it to the eye exam and showed the eye doctor. HE was amazed and never saw on with such power. We were able to read the tiny production labels on the bottom of the eye testing machines that even he couldn't read the type is so small.

I like that it lights up (3 options even!) but don't aim it at anyone. It's blinding. Might be a little bright on at least one of the settings. The magnification (and this may be common to all magnifying glasses since this is really my first one) seems a bit wonky and I have to move it around and back and forth to get it focused. But it's been quite useful so far. I could wish for it to be a bit better but it does the job for the price.

Nice heavy feel, good magnification and the light is WONDERFUL! Three levels.My only wish would have been if it was USB rechargeable like most everything else, but it clearly shows what it is and it clearly does a great job.

This is a decent product with very bright and useful LED illumination. The optical clarity is good but it is sometimes quite hard to find the correct focal point for a clear view. The distance from the magnifier to the object being viewed and the distance from your eyes to the glass are very touchy making it sometimes hard to get a clear view. Maybe 2x magnification at best. Makes me wonder if the lenses or the construction of the 2 part lens are not correct. My LEDs started flashing after owning this item for less than a month and only using a few minutes. Nothing in the manual about this, but I guessed that it meant there is an issue with the batteries. Seems very strange that new batteries would go bad after only a few uses, but I replaced them and it no longer flashes.

I purchased this for my husband to aid in looking at details on coins. Works great for that purpose but I have found we have used it for reading those teeny tiny instructions on those items that are impossible to read with the naked eye! Multi-purpose uses! Made well, offers different choices for lighting and magnification

This is great! I got it for work, as we often have to look at really small items. However, it would also be wonderful for someone older who needs light and magnification to look at a menu or read a book.The light is bright, and it's nice to be able to change from white to more "warm" and then a combination. Easy to use.It is larger, but should fit into most purses for people who want to carry it along with them.

This magnifying glass has been a literal lifesaver for one of the members of my family.She now finds it highly easy to read pill bottles, small print directions, and anything else she's having trouble with reading when the type is too small. Turns out it's really important to be able to Read the label of her new prescription that says must be taken with food, may cause drowsiness.I think I've gotten at least three of these at this point for family members, and have recommended it to other relatives and friends who have picked these up.I don't know if it's 30X, it's definitely strong and beats the big box store magnifying glass that said it was 30x that charges twice the price on this one.The really good:It's strong.It has both a warm light and cool light setting.Personally I love the warm light setting and I'm so happy to see them start using a warm light which is a lot easier on the eye.The not as good as it could be:It's definitely top heavy, so it may take some getting used to for some people. My aunt thought it would be too heavy for her when I first handed it to her, but after several days of use she has gotten used to maneuvering it and it has a permanent place on her bedside table now because she uses constantly.If there were a button for I highly rate and recommend This product, I would hit it.You know how Amazon has bundle suggestions when you buy something? I think any manufacturer who is selling something with itsy bitsy teeny weeny directions should automatically have this magnifying glass as a bundle suggestion.

El producto es justo lo que se describe.Lo malo y pésimo fue que venía en bolsa de plástico (que por cierto estaba abierta) así como la caja de la lupa… y la lupa desarmada… no se con qué intención se hizo la apertura y desmontaje del producto…Finalmente, si sirve y se puede utilizar el producto…Ojo Amazon con el servicio que contratan de para la entrega de nuestros productos …
