These are good for top scrubbing at best. They don't do well for basic stripping of floor finish

There is absolutely no “New Technology” with this product. It is absolute crap. All they did was cut a regular black stripping pad and super glue the pieces on top of each-other. You can literally see the glue marks. And it does not work much better than a traditional black stripping pads, it’s falls apart after 5 minutes of usage from the glue being pulled apart by the floor stripping liquid. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK! If this really was a great technology I can make this myself in my office in 5 minutes with a 10 dollar black stripping pad instead of the money I paid for this crap.

I was using this under a floor buffer to smooth out imperfections in a floor, it left lots of black pad all over the place that had to be vacuumed up. I think the 3M pad does the same job if not better.
