does fit 800 F11, but not 800-200I like the padding of it, but unfortunately due to the colar on the 800-200 it does not fit, for the it need sto be much wider.

This review is for the JJC DLP-611 lens pouch. First, a bit THANK YOU to the maker (or importer, maybe) for including the interior measurements in the Amazon writeup. I cannot understand why the Amazon descriptions usually give the outside dimensions, but ignore the interior. Where do they think the lens is going? As it happens, the interior dimensions of the DLP-6ll are an almost perfect fit for the Olympus M.Zuiko 100-400mm F5.0-6.3 IS lens. The lens fits snugly with the lens hood attached, reversed, but it's easy to remove from the case. The lens will also fit with the tripod ring mount attached, though it's a little bit snug. At the price, this case may not last as long as some others; but it's the only one that seems to come close being the right size, and I couldn't ask for a better fit.

We needed something to keep a "Meeting Owl" conference camera system safe for being carried around and this provides ample space for the device and the power & display cable.Padding seems firm enough to hold shape on it's own. Zipper seems strong enough but only time will tell, we won't be beating up on is as I imagine a photographer would if they were using it for a camera lens.

Effective and safe carrier for my Icom 705 radio, along with 6ah LiFePo battery, some cables, and EFHW antenna. Perfect!

I bought this for a Nikon 200-500mm lens and it fits perfectly (minus the hood), including the mounting bracket. The quality looks reasonable, except the clips for the shoulder strap, which are plastic. I can't vouch for how it holds up to water. It has a canvas loop on top but I do wish it had a hand strap for carrying it in a horizontal orientation. Considering other available options I would buy it again.

Got this for my new Nikon Z 400mm f4.5. I was worried about the diameter, but there is just enough room (hood a wee bit tight pulling the lens out, but easy enough and may loosen with time). Tight fit in both width and depth when both the hood and tripod mount are on in their normal shooting position. With the hood flipped in shortage position it is a very snug for both lens and my Zii body. So more than enough room for the lens by itself, including extra filters and the like in the top mesh pocket, and in fact it is perfect length for the lens with hood flipped and a 2x teleconverter attached...which I think will be my default use). In general do not like zippers on lens cases (always the first thing to go bad), but I am very happy with the case overall: Materials seem sturdy, padding seems adequate for storage inside other luggage or bumping around the car in the field, and there is a carry strap with multiple hooks and belt fold to attach this case to other backpacks or luggage. The price point for this case is excellent for what is delivered, and I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a great supersized lens carrier! I use this to carry my Nikon 200 to 500 beloved lens. I had to have a way to travel with that large lens without letting it roll around in the car. I was skeptical about how protective this case would be, but it is very sturdy, and of course, I haven't tested it, but I think you could drop it and the lens wouldn't break. I love the long handle that I can wear crossbody. It also has a velcro loop on the back that allows me to attach it to my rolling suitcase. The lens hood as well as the lens drawstring cover also fit inside the case with the lens. It is perfect! If you are looking for a way to carry your Nikon 200 to 500 lens, this is a great value!

The biggest pouch in the Amazon Basics 4-pouch set is a bit too small for my 100-400mm f/4.6-6.3 (I had to sew that one back together after its stitches started unraveling due to the lens-hood screw pulling at them during removal.) I refuse to keep my biggest, heaviest & most costly lens stored without extra protection, though, so I looked around & bought this one. Now I just leave the hood attached & pointing out, collapse the zoom, twist the lock ring, dunk the beastie inside, zip it up & go.The PanaLeica fits snugly lengthwise but loosely across this case & that situation works out just fine; I've tightened the straps around the outside so that the optic doesn't wiggle. If I drop it, the hood can absorb extra front-impact energy while the touch of air space around the lens allows for its heavily padded fabric to squish & deform instead of immediately transferring force to the lens barrel. The few times this has fallen out of my bag have been from about 3 feet/1 meter in height, & during each it has simply plopped onto the floor with a reassuringly pillow-like sound & light bounce rather than the frightfully dull thud I witnessed when I bumped the Amazon pouch while merely sitting on a table & it lurched over onto its side from no height whatsoever. There's a carrying strap here, too, so if I want to hike & shoot without a bag that's no problem: I just pocket an extra battery & my memory cards, then stroll out with my camera on a strap & my zoom on my shoulder.Water resistance is a little lacking, but only because the kinda' tight fit of the 100-400 makes the zipper prone to not quiiiiite closing entirely... A skinny carabiner through the zipper pulls' lock holes would take care of that in no time, however. If you also have the PanaLeica 100-400 this is a decent quality, budget friendly carrier that protects its contents very well.
