Overall, a nice pen for under $10.00. If I have any complaints, it’s that the nib is a tad scratchy and perhaps a little dry - I’m using Diamane Sepia, which is a pretty “wet” ink, and it feels like the pen struggles a hair to get ink out. That said, it’s a sub-$10 pen in a really cute colorway. It’s light, and it’s large enough where it doesn’t cramp my hand.

This lays down a beautifully smooth line. The flow is nice and wet and the pen is smooth, even on cotton watercolor paper. It does go through ink pretty fast, but it’s fantastic for sketching.

Cute fountain pen, writes well, but doesn’t seem high quality and I didn’t realize it would be so small!

I find this pen to be sturdy enough, although I am not rough on it. The ink flows fine, easy to fill. Looks great too. The grip is fine for me and I can be picky about sharp edges and such.

A good dupe of the Sailor Pro Gear Slim. Lovely colour and posts well, making it long enough to hold comfortably - dimensions are same as the Sailor. The ink flow is perfect. A great pen for the price.

Another score from Jinhao! I love the colors of this pen. Writes well; comes with converter to change ink colors easily. Good everyday pen, and if dropped, damaged, or lost, the cost is low enough that it can be easily replaced. Will be a regular in my rotations.

This pen is gorgeous. The nib is gold and silver and the pen has glitter embedded in the clear acrylic. It looks very expensive and writes well with no catching. The pen is short, but very well balanced. The nib is well aligned and does not leak! Excellent value for the price.

I mostly have pens in the $50-150 range and this hangs with them no problem making it a regular in my rotation. Lightweight, medium girth/size, probably works best posted due to length if the cap isn't posted. If you are new to the hobby, this is an excellent starting point. If you are into pens and want something cheap/abusable that still writes well this is also a great choice.

Straight out of the box I cleaned it gently with water, a couple of rinses. I inked up and it has taken 2 hours for the ink to even reach the nib/feed. I'm not docking points for that. When I try to use the pen, it gouges rivets in Clairefontaine paper, and there is a heavy scratching feel with a lot of feedback. The ink doesn't even come out, and if it does it's the faintest, slim line which makes me think the tines are off on the nib. It's a 10.00 pen yes, but I've had other Chinese brand cheap fountain pens perform far better. No way to contact the seller to ask if they can send me a new feed and nib. I'll be spending a little more money to get better quality control from another brand and returning this one.

The pen is lightweight and a good size. I got the extra fine nib and it writes smoothly with Herbin Bleu de Profondeurs.I am happy with my purchase.
