Once the bar softens and becomes clear, remove the mouthpiece from the water and place it onto your teeth.Adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire

Do not buy these gold grills they do not fit properly the molding don't work properly they leave a metallic tasting your mouth that don't taste healthy as a metal taste that you get in your mouth and you do not want them I had to throw them out because I didn't like the taste that was coming off of them and they don't fit comfortably in your mouth I would advise you to go to your local jewelry store have them mold your teeth then get real gold grills like I just did these are not the way to go I had to give him a one star because this stuff going to kill somebody it's really that bad it's a nasty metal taste you getting your mouth the ad is misleading very misleading

The grill was not easy to use, it is too big, the prongs and grill were hard bend, yet unbreakable.The value of this is low so don't expect much. I believe it would've been fun if it actually fit. 😞

Molding is difficult. Making minor changes to molding changes the fit completely and also hurts your gums.
