This was set up to the paper work provided. DID NOT do what I expected to do was count in feet. It did everything under the sun but count in feet. I even ran a tape measure along the wheel to check, not even close. IT reads and I quote " To change to feet" Long press set, set to 00000 1, then press set, to SCAL, default is 0.00075, change to 0.00030. Then press to confirm, and then press ext in the lower right corner to exit.Did all that and it does not work. It does not display correctly. Don't buy this unless you would like to waste $185.00

Works well enough, seemingly accurate count. I had trouble wiring the alarm to turn off my device, I think it was my wiring because the counter was triggering the alarm at the correct count. Quite a few configurations in the menu, instructions were a bit lacking to take advantage off everything. Instructions were just good enough to get basic functions working.
