Poor quality cylinder failed after very little use. Outside warranty period so I ordered a new cylinder. Part was out of stock at Jet. Waited 7 months but still no part. Found a cylinder for a similar lift table (Uline) that is of much higher quality and managed to get the table working again after almost a year. Bottom line: do not waste your money on this low quality product with abysmal after sale support. Look at alternatives such as Uline H6754. I will never purchase another Jet product after this experience.

Mine leaks down, lowers all the way after a few days. I will try adjusting the control cable for the self lowering issue. It was crated well and delivered on time. Revision after a month; Crude casting of release mechanism fell apart when I tried to adjust it. Holes are machined crooked on lift cylinder, so release lever can't line-up with lowering valve. Jet should send me a whole new lift cylinder. I fixed the falling-apart issue with better screws. The bad lift mechanism lowers the table a few inches in five minutes. That makes the table useless for fabrication and assembly. Its only useful for loading heavy items into my pickup. That's not what spent all this money for. I wish I had bought another table.

Exactly what we needed it for. We use this in our small engine repair shop. It's perfect, and is the perfect height when lifted up all the way.

the table will not hold up. it leaks down without anything on it right out of the box. it was obviously not tested.

Product works great and has saved us a lot of lifting time. Now one person can raise heavy items to be worked on at whatever height is needed.
