Standard width, but it's thin. It works great more me though because I tie a thicker knot and where this under vests and vnecks. So I don't mind that it's cheap, thinner, and wants to hold a wrinkle, as people mostly only see the knot and 2" inches of the tie for the way I wear it. I actually own about 12 of these in different colors. for less than 10 bucks. I'll happily buy and replace these over more expensive ones for my solid color needs when my shirts are patterned.

It's tough sizing in between kid and adult sizes for a tall 10 yo. This tie was perfect. Better quality than expected for the price point. Got comments from all the family elders at dinner on how nice he looked. Of course he got hair gel on it immediately after we got it on him and tied correctly before we left the house, managed to salvage with a damp washcloth. Mental note for parents, hair first, dress last. 🤗

I've bought three of these now because I keep losing them. They feel & look nice, not cheap, don't wrinkle easily. No visible stains either, I've only spot cleaned a few time. I wear them to work in a restaurant, so certainly had no desire to spend a lot of money on something that might get ruined - or lost.Currently I've managed to keep track of my third one for about 2 months and it still looks brand new, wear it 2-3 times a week.

I have not worn the tie yet, but I like the shade of blue and the feel of the tie. Only time will tell how well it will wear.
