Though we've not used this set yet, it arrived in perfect shape and ready for use. My wife loves the quality and beauty of the set. She's anxious to put it to use as soon as we buy our next bottle of sake.

Love so far. Wish the bag was better quality and the carafe had a better pour spot. The spout is barely existent and seems like an after thought. Causes sake to drip down the side. Other than that great quality and love it.
