These are not half as full or fluffy as pictured. I purchased to use for garland on my Mardi Gras tree, but there are areas that are nearly completely bare. Feathers are small and thin and not well attached, and cant really be fluffed without falling apart. Would not recommend.

Unable to use. Unlike any boa I've purchased. Very small bird like feathers that flew everywhere even when passing by. A disgusting mess. Threw them out and still finding feathers everywhere.
