This #12 envelope is perfect for mailing #10 business envelopes inside, such as if you need to mail self-addressed return envelopes to someone. Good quality paper. Good adhesive. Good price.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding this size envelope in stores, even Office Depot, but easy to find them on Amazon at an even better price

I needed an LA mail address, although I live in Orange County (California.)This envelope easily holds the #10 envelopes that occasionally come to the LA address. I could have also used #11, but I decided that the extra space of the #12 size allowed my relative to forward not just one, but even two pieces of mail at the same time.The #12 envelope does not require an extra 20 cent - second ounce - stamp. It is not considered Over-size. In other words it can be mailed with just one stamp.But I gave a quantity of these envelopes to my relative, with two stamps, the 55 cent and the 20 (or is it 21?) cent second ounce, just in case my forwarding helper puts extra stuff in the envelope.These are very sturdy - and to make things simple - I run them through my ink-jet printer and print out my address and the mailing address of my forwarder - my printer handles about 3 of these at a time without mis-feeding.
