I had their printer forever, worked perfect, JD Print software was super easy to use.But new printers (that looks exactly like the old ones) wont work with JD Print and you need to use the new software (Jadens Print) and software is really bad, like coded by someone that never ever worked printing labels.You need to open the software, IMPORT the pdf, will show the entire page on small phone screen and you need to manual cut the label on that screen to later print.You end up with a PDF list of printed labels inside this dumb software, that never ever will be printed again (you almost never print the same label twice).

Works great. Easy setup on a new inexpensive HP laptop running Windows 11. I use Pirate Ship and no problem printing low-cost generic 4x6 thermal labels. The printer came new, well pack with power cord, USB cable, MacBook converter that I didn't need and a thumb drive with instructions and video but I didn't need these either. I downloaded the driver from the mfg website. Quick and easy installation. I had already turned off all of the Windows 11 prompting nonsense. This made the installation of the driver super easy.

This has to be the easiest printer to set up, came with all the files needed to set it up and they worked seamlessly. The printer it's self works great and prints my Ebay labels perfectly from the very first one. If you need a label printer for your business this one works great and the price is very reasonable.I highly recommend this printer for making labels.

We use this printer to print shipping labels, battery warnings, and even advertising that goes into the packaging process of our products. We are saving a LOT of money with this little guy. We only use our” traditional printer” for printing invoices and scanning documents.Positive:1. There are few thermal printers at this price point that have a built-in bin to hold the label roll.2. This is compact. I mean, it fits pretty much anywhere.3. It seems very well put-together, with a solid plastic shell and decent weight to stay in one place and not fly around if you stump into whatever you are planning to use as a support4. This printer prints FAST. There are no delays between sending the order to print from my computer to the printer. The label is printed in less than 1.5 seconds.Negative:1. Installing the driver on your computer to use the printer can be a little tedious. The manufacturer provides a thumb drive that contains the driver installation software for whatever version of Windows you're running. I am running Windows 11, and it works just fine. The reason why I the driver installation process is that you have to manually select during installation the correct USB port to which the printer is connected, so Windows can now through which port communicate with it. I would like to see this instalaltion process more automated so less savvy people don't make mistakes and then blame on the product for not functioning correctly. Once installed and correctly configured however, it works like a charm. (Please, read the instructions manual one step at the time to get it right the first time).2. Resolution could be better. Granted, for labels, warnings and barcodes, the resolution is more than enough and it serves its purpose. You can further adjust the definition and saturation in the “Quality” settings. (You can access that window through the Printer Setting dialog before printing your document). Play with the speed, and saturation values until you’re happy with the results. I am happy with a speed of 4, and saturation 6. Avoid printing designs that contain too many intricacies, or complex drawings. Basic shapes, straight lines, and characters are more appropriate at this resolution.

Good little label printer. Only thing that knocked me from leaving 5 stars is instruction weren’t very clear. It’s actually way easier to set up that the instructions made it seem. Go to the website and download the driver done. It will also sometimes waste an extra label depending on what you print. Print quality and responsiveness is fantastic tho, especially for the price.
