Purchased this Band Strap to help with ITB problems below left knee. While it doesn't completely eliminate the movement-induced pain, it does make a big difference.

On one of my walks, I saw someone wearing something similar and asked if it worked. When they said yes, I stumbled upon this one and thought I'd give it a try. The strap itself is completely adjustable and I can determine how tight or not so tight I want this on around my leg. The velcro that is on this strap is surprisingly very strong and even when I'm jogging or running, I found that the velcro doesn't come off or loosen. Even when riding my bike, still stays on. However, what surprised me more was the fact that this actually helps with my knee and even partially my sciatica problems as well. Typically when I have sciatic issues, I will feel the pain shoot to my knee that already has pain. However, when I wear this it actually helps with both my knee and sciatic pain. Not to mention, super easy to hand wash too.

I wear this below my knee. And controls my pain of bone on bone about 80%. Best walking I have done in months. Ordered second one for other knee. Highly recommend I put padded area on the highest pain point.

It didn't help me at all. Actually, my leg and knee hurt worse after wearing it. I can't necessarily blame the product though. I got a new mattress. Back, thigh and knee feel better.

Had product 3 weeks and Velcro is failing to adhere!

This support is very easy to put on and helps with the pain. I wear it slightly under my kneecap so the stiff part can rest directly over the pain hot spot next to my knee. My calf keeps it from sliding down.
