We bought these for our 7 year old and I bought a size larger. They fit perfect. Would definitely buy again.

Slightly smaller than expected. Good and stretchy fabrics, and solid black color makes it a perfect swimsuit for my 8 year old boy.I suggest you get a size up for your boys should you get it.

I order 28Y for 14 years to 16 years, got 28y but the size is soo small. It suppose to be 27.5-29 inch for the waist but the one I got is 22 inch.

I purchased this and selected size 28Y, based on the size chart, its waist is 27.5-29 inch, hip 31-33 inch. But the real sizes of the product I received are waist 22 inch and hip 26 inch (see attached photos). The size totally mismarch its description.

This is a well made jammer with quality fabric. There is a thin fleece like material that covers the center front area. There is strong elastic at the waist and at the leg opening. This will work great for swim practice.

my 8 year old is on the swim team and wears jammers to practice every day. since they are made on the thinner side (on purpose), we go through them a little more often than his regular swim trunks. we were so happy to find these as a practice because his favorite color is red! its a nice shade and the swimsuit is well made (with a drawstring on the inside of the waist too). it is thin, as all jammers typically are, but that is to be expected. my son is a lean 8 year old and the size 24 works great.

My son is a competitive swimmer and we go through these "jammers" a lot in one season. Between the normal wear and tear and the chlorine, they take a beating. They can be really pricey to replace when you practice everyday and have a competition every weakened in the winter so looking for quality ones at a decent price is always a challenge. These are great and very comparable to name brand ones that I have spent double one in the past. The material is durable and the fit perfect, sized just like the his normal ones. Super impressed with this brand the price is definitely more flexible than the previous brand names we purchased. I will be a fan of these for a long time!

I have year-round swimming children - my boys are in the water between 4-6 days a week, so we use a lot of jammers. My son thinks these are as good quality as their team suit, but definitely less expensive! I like that they are UPF 50+ for summer swimming, as we are on an outdoor team in the summer. So far they have washed well and held up to regular use.
