The IST Premium Regulator / Octopus Plug and Hanger with Swivel Clip is designed to snugly grip your mouthpiece from both the inside and outside.
Main plug inserts into the regulator or octo air passage, then the mouthpiece wings slide between the inner and outer pegs on the plug. Use for sealing off your regulator or octo mouthpiece, to keep debris out and maintain mouthpiece shape between uses.
Constructed of impact resistant plastic, the plug includes a swiveling gate clip for attachment to BC or belt, or for hanging during storage.

I bought this for my Aqualung Mikron octo. It's a nice plug and it seems to fit, but my octo kept falling off. I have since put my octo back into my BC's OctoPocket and decided to use the plug as a redundant octoclip.
