Mine just sank to the bottom of a lake. Some friend's children went out to use it. One dropped the paddle, which is not unheard of, and to everyone's surprise it promptly sank to the bottom. Kids were stranded out there.

Isle keeps sending (twice now) the full long 1 piece paddle, not the two piece shown in here in Amazon order so it won't fit into into my SUP bag. Tried calling Isle on multiple occasions with no luck and now looks like the window has closed for my return so I'm stuck with a $165 paddle I never ordered that won't transport in my SUP carry bag. Very disappointing and terrible I can't even get a Isle rep on a phone. Maybe best if you order direct not on Amazon?

I loved this SUP. This is my first but I have been on other cheaper SUPs and it shows. I would definately recommend getting the compressor instead of the hand pump. I ignored everyone comments and learned after having to hand pump for 3-4 times before realizing that. The SUP is very nice and well made. I love that it comes with a backpack that it easily fits into for ease of carrying and it is sturdy and heavy duty. The SUP itself is very nice to kneel on with the nice soft foam so I did not get bruises like I did with the other SUP's I was on. I had gotten ISLE because of the great reviews. If you are looking for an affordable SUP that does well on the water and is also well made this is your SUP!!! The only thing I was not happy with is the paddle that came with the paddleboard the top of the handle broke off after a few paddles and so did the clip (I had the three piece paddle). I had to order another paddle which I was a bit disappointment. If it wasnt for the paddle I would have given it 5 stars.

I bought two paddle board packages directly from Isle that included this paddle. The first time my two teens used it they got hundreds of microscopic splinters of carbon in their hands that were really difficult to remove and very painful. I thought it was a fluke and pushed them to use them again and same thing happened. When I called the company to complain and asked for replacements , it was difficult to reach someone. When i finally did they told me I had to take pictures and upload them to their customer site. For some reason I could not get the pics to upload. And how is a picture of a paddle really going to show you that there is a defect and the paddle is splintering??? They should have just immediately exchanged and not made me go through that effort. I was already inconvenienced receiving a faulty product. As a busy full time working mom did not have another couple of hours to dedicate chasing the company down. Ended up having to throw them away. Hugely disappointing.
