This is a great product—good price, comfortable, durable, and works well. I use it twice a week, and it's one of the best arm blasters I've had. The only problem is that the strap clasp can come alittle loose during a set, but it's not a big deal just a little distracting. Overall, it’s comfortable and helps me lift more, giving a good burn and pump. I'm really happy with it

This thing is indeed well made - the cross bar is aluminum so it's lightweight and rigid enough to handle heavy use. The neck strap is easy to adjust, and it's pretty simple to get it set up for yourself. The padding on the crossbar isn't super thick, but I found it to adequate and comfortable - no discomfort where my arms rest on it. I do get a good bicep pump - it clearly works the upper arms in a targeted manner.I suppose I'm not quite sure if it's for me though. The way my shoulder/elbow anatomy is, it feels a little bit unnatural. There's no discomfort or anything like that - it's just the movement feels a little awkward. Maybe I need to get used it. Not a big deal - I've got plenty of gym equipment that get's use only once in a while and you gotta use what you like. I don't consider this a fault of the equipment, just personal preference, and I can't knock stars off for that.

The arm blaster is far from a new concept. You can go back and find the likes of Arnold and Franco using one and the design hasn't changed from first inception. And why would it change? It was pretty much perfect from inception.I've been lifting weights for close to twenty years and surprisingly, I had never used an arm blaster. So when this came up as an opportunity to evaluate through the Vine program, I jumped at the chance. The entire concept behind the device is super simple and highly effective. Put it around your neck and adjust to where when your arms hang down at the bottom of a curl position, your arms rest on the device with your elbow just below the bottom. Making sure it is lined up correctly is important as you don't want to risk hurting your elbows if the device is positioned too low.You really feel the isolation in your biceps as it removes your delts and other muscles we tend to cheat reps with when just doing standing barbell curls. It's like a safer version of using a preacher curl that allows you to go heavier with reduced risk of hyperextended elbows and torn biceps. Both of which are common injuries with heavy preacher curls. As far as the pricing goes, it currently being $50 puts it pretty well in line with other similar devices. You can find cheaper and you can find more expensive. But i think $50 is a fair ask as the quality of manufacturing is great. And it's a great addition for any home gym.

I recently purchased a new home and one of my rooms is a gym.I’ve been purchasing different items for it and continue to search for piece an and unique things that I can add to it.When I came across this, I had no idea what it was.I couldn’t really tell from the picture and I’ve never seen anything like it so of course I was Curious and read the description. And right away I was hooked! It is such a simple concept yet it seemed like it would be so effective so I went ahead and placed an order for it.It arrived yesterday and oh my gosh, I absolutely love it! So it’s made out of metal, it goes across your chest and then each end is U-shaped and you put your arms against it.It basically mimics how you would do a preacher curl with the padded surface in front of you, only it isolates the bicep muscles so you cannot cheat, swing, or improvise your bicep workout whatsoever. It also gives you a really good pump and it really works the muscle hard.I was not able to lift as much as I normally do and my arms were burning like crazy, so I know it was working. And afterwards my arms just felt so much bigger. If you’re someone who works out, I highly, highly urge you to order one of these for yourself! It is absolutely awesome and is definitely going to be a game changer!I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I was excited to try this arm blaster, but while it has some benefits, it feels more like an unfinished product than a polished piece of gym equipment.Build Quality - The main metal bar is solid and seems durable, which is a positive. However, the neck strap is mediocre, functional but not impressive. The biggest issue is the lack of padding on the side of the metal bar that rests against the body, which creates significant discomfort. Additionally, the elbow pads are made from cheap, basic foam and started peeling off after just one use.Positioning - I found that positioning the arm blaster about an inch below the nipple line reduces irritation and prevents the bar from pressing directly against the lower ribs, which would otherwise cause metal-to-bone contact.Effectiveness - The arm blaster helps target the biceps better than standard dumbbell or EZ bar curls without any assistance. However, it doesn’t completely prevent “cheating”, as you can still use body movement to generate momentum, unlike a preacher curl bench. Still, for a home gym setup, it’s a decent compromise. This product would be 5-star worthy if it came with proper padding. At $50, it feels overpriced given that I’ll need to modify it myself: replacing the low-quality elbow pads with thicker EVA self-adhesive foam and also adding padding to the area where the bar contacts the body. Until these issues are addressed, it’s hard to fully recommend it without reservations.
