So, I just got a this an hour back and it didn’t require assembly at all. Just 4 tiny wheels.Pros: lightweight, no assembly or any sort of headache. Easy to use and is only meant for a single person.Cons: very plastic, durability- umm prolly no, depth of the drawers are very less and I was able to fit only three long jeans I’m 6’1” and wear boot cut. Very small wheels and at first I did wonder if it would roll from my wooden floor to carpet floor.Thus, it can be used to fit in small stuff and not something heavy. Very slightly sturdy. Could run for may 8-12 months. So, if you’re lookin for time being adjustments to all your clothes fallen on the ground then this is a perfect fit.

Everything was great and nice until you start loading items into the drawers. The base of each drawer has this flap (completely unnecessary) and the more weight you put on, the more it bends towards the bottom making impossible for the bottom drawer to close properly. You have to manually lift the flap from the back and push the drawer all the way through. It is terrible! So forget about putting heavy items in these drawers. Not recommended!

One of the plastic bins is broken, but when I contacted the seller, I kept getting asked to leave a message and someone would call me back. After two days, I decided based on the lack of customer service, I would rather return it. I had bought two (different sizes) on Amazon, but apparently not through Amazon. Amazon says the 5 drawer came directly from them, but the 4 drawer was through IRIS, who I thought was the manufacturer. I contacted both Amazon and IRIS as I followed the directions for the returns and it noted I would have to pay for the return of the four drawer (the woman at the post office said it was at least $35 but she had not added the "oversized" product charge yet, so it was expected to be even more), even though the product was damaged. When I called Amazon back, they held firm that they were not part of the return process for the 4 drawer. When I eventually got a person at IRIS, she rattled off an email for me to send her my receipt and hung up on me, before I could even tell her I did not have a pen to write the email address down. The second person I reached at IRIS was kind enough to send me the information via email so I did not have to call back again. I sent her a copy of the receipt; however, her follow up email also notes that "the return needs to be made with Amazon" despite the fact that Amazon has now twice said to me that they are "not the seller." The 4 drawer bins were nearly $85 dollars. I am contemplating not renewing my Amazon prime (on the second call to Amazon regarding this, the woman kept saying I did not have an Amazon account and neither did my husband, though the account states my name when I logged in and clearly shows my purchases) and I absolutely will NEVER use or recommend this manufacturer/ seller to ANYONE.

The dimensions fit the space I had, the clear-front drawers allow me to see the contents stored. I use it for storing/organizing some fabric yardage and projects.

My first one arrived with 3 of 4 of the drawers completely cracked and shattered at the corners during transit. The plastic is flimsy. This is not for use/abuse/heavy items. Drawers will sag and frame isn't overly strong.I use this to replace the shelving drawers we had all our medications and supplies in for our mobile vet home visits. These drawers are bigger and hold a lot more and are more clear/easy to see into. I got the snap together dividers on amazon and it works a lot better than having a jumble of medication bottles and boxes.I built a 3/4 inch plywood base with handles for under this for carrying in/out of the vehicle each day. When placed in the van I use a cargo strap around it vertically to keep the drawers from dumping out forward and a loop of rope with a clip to go around it once horizontally to prevent tipping. The system is working well but you definitely have to baby it and not use heavy items and DO NOT bump/bang the edges/corners.I could see it working for clothing/soft items or in a craft room for not heavy items if it is treated carefully.The return/replacement of the broken first unit was very easy. KEEP YOUR BOX or you will be charged shipping if dropping off at a UPS center. I'm keeping this one's box until the return window ends in case it breaks/fails.It's attractive and so far no real bowing but we don't put in heavy items or stack significant items on top.

I bought a couple of the 4-drawer units and had them shipped to my front door. They arrived in sturdy looking shipping boxes. Nothing was broken, and the casters went in without incident. They were lightweight, no issues handling them by myself.I would avoid putting too much on top of these things, as they are somewhat flexy. They are good for lightweight items like clothes and socks (my intended usage). I have a lot of outdoor clothing and using large plastic tubs was getting tiresome.My experience with similar units from other manufacturers is that it is easy to break the plastic around where the casters mount, so be careful. If you have kids these probably present a tipover hazard, so beware (I don't have kids or pets).All in all, very satisfied with these.

El material de soporte de los cajones es muy frágil, lo recibí con una parte rota, es evidente que se rompió en el traslado del paquete ya que no estaba etiquetado como "frágil" , recomiendo que al empacarlo lo protejan con amortiguadores protectores para que otros compradores reciban bien este producto. Por lo demás bien

Let me start by saying I HATE dressers so I use clear plastic containers shoved in my closet for our clothes. I am in a big family so that's a lot and I mean A LOT of drawers. This product is HUGE and deep. The quality is much better than sterilite as far as durability. I have had to modify sterilite container drawers (even their more expensive versions) at least 2xs now. Iris knows their plastic containers and are overall better made to last! And it saves me money in the long run 👍When you use plastic containers as your main source of holding clothes, you use them often so it's important they hold up to the weight and wear and tear of everyday use. These are a little on the pricey side but I'm definitely buying more when I get the chance! I wouldn't recommend putting anything heavy on top of them because over time they may bow and make opening and closing difficult. Overall good product!
