Great litter box for two cats! They are able to get in and out with ease! It helps keep the litter inside the box instead of tracking it around the house! It is a very sturdy plastic. I am pleased!

My boys like to play with their litter, so the height helps keep the litter inside. They still manage to mess up the floor, but not as bad as my previous boxes. The interior is a shiny type plastic that allows for easy cleanup - nothing sticks! I was skeptical about the round corners being difficult to clean, but hasn't been an issue at all. However, the sides are high and the opening is about 10" so it might not be ideal for senior or overweight cats. For the price, it's a keeper!

Be sure to read the dimensions of this Litter box. It is good quality, excellent value for the money, no leakage but it's design and dimensions make it weird to fit anywhere. It's just so tall. Both my full-size cats could fit at the same time

This sort of is what it is. It's a plastic poop holder, and it does its job well! It doesn't 100% keep the litter contained (if kitty is facing the back of the box while he's pawing...well, some is gonna fly out through the entrance), but other than that, but it does keep most of it contained. It's also nice that the shield is high enough that we don't have to see the action as it occurs. Just kitty's little head peeking out over the top as he goes about business. That's really a win for everyone isn't it?The fact that it comes with a scooper is lovely too. Makes it easy to clean. You can pretend you're panning for gold when you use the scooper.I won't really grade it on smell or "stickiness", as that seems more like a function of the litter rather than the box, but I haven't really encountered any smells or "stickiness" anyway.The only possible negative would I guess be the sturdiness. If trying to move the box around, either empty or full of litter, the top half tends to pop off, so I wish it snapped on with more conviction. That said, the top half has never come off due to any cat activities. Just when being lifted and carried it'll flex and pop off.

Update: The box has been toppled over by the cats a couple of times now, perhaps due to being too light on the bottom compared to the top (especially with a cat climbing out of the thing) without more litter. This time it left a nasty smeared poop mess in the box. I guess I would say be aware of this and if you get it, make sure there is a good amount of litter or that it's placed in a way that the cats won't topple it! At least it's pretty easy to clean it.I like it; it’s nice and simple and helps with litter tracking. My cats went right in and had no issues acclimating to using it. It keeps my cats from kicking litter everywhere over the sides of the box. Of course you will still see some stray litter but at least it isn’t a bunch all around the box everyday. My cats are not small but they fit fine. It’s nice and sturdy. I like that I can hook the lid on the side of the box when I scoop. I am using my old scoop and haven’t tried the one that came with this one. It’s a little difficult to take off the lid and I have to use two hands to do it and unsnap one side at a time to prevent the litter that collected on the top from spilling on the floor. I dump the little bit of litter that collected on the top back into the box. It’s still open from the top so keep in mind that if the litter smells, you will still smell it.

I HATE the smell of cat pee and poop. HATE it. It's the one and only reason we haven't gotten a cat for all these years. Then, along came our sweet little daughter, who begged to have a cat. What could we do? So I did a lot of research on different cat litter boxes and decided on this one, and it has been a winner!We adopted a 10 week old kitten who was used to feline pine and a regular kitty litter box. We started out with just a regular box and feline pine to get her used to her new house and new kitty litter location. What we noticed is the kitten, while she was tiny, likes to stand up straight while she pees, so it sprays backwards instead of straight down, which made it go over the side of the regular kitty litter box. This is not pleasant. After 2 weeks of using a regular kitty litter box which she was used to, I brought in this Iris box, put it in the same location as her old box, and put in her same litter. I also put in the litter dust from her old box when I cleaned it out, so the Iris box smelled like her scent right away. I did leave her old box in the room but right next to the Iris box for a night just to be sure she knew that this Iris box was for. It worked!! After a few times of setting her inside the Iris box, she began using it like a pro! We have not had one single cat mess in our home.PROS: This box is TALL. I was worried that the kitten wouldn't be able to climb in or out of it due to its size, but that has not been a problem at all. And, the size has been a HUGE plus because the kitten can stand, squat, do her business in whatever angle she prefers, and it's all contained inside the box without spraying out. Also, having a lid on it helps contain the smell. The lid also comes off very easily to clean (my 6 year old cleans it herself without help. This is easy you guys!), and has a lip on it to hang the side of the box while you're cleaning so you don't have to lay the dirty lid on the floor or anywhere else. The lid is sturdy for your animal to stand or sit on, and works well to clean off their feet when they jump out. The inside dimensions are also great, and I know this will give her plenty of space inside as she grows. Lastly, and this is a big one... the dogs and kids can't get to the cat poop. This keeps the kids from messing around with this, keeps water out of the box from rogue bathtub water when the kids get too rowdy in the tub, and keeps the dogs out of the cat's business. And, gives the kitten some privacy. No cat likes a dog sniffing their butt or a child trying to pick them up when they're trying to poop.CONS: The scoop that comes with this is pretty small, but scoops are easy to find and cheap. The rounded sides make it difficult to push the scoop against for leverage to scoop poop out. When we do this, the poop just smears all over the inside. When I clean out the box, I wipe out the entire inside with clorox wipes or wash it out, so it's no problem. But inbetween full weekly washes, it does get smeary. Litter accumulates on the top of the lid. I purchased a tiny little broom and dustpan and brush down the little crumbs daily. I'd much rather have them on the top area than spread all over my carpet. These pieces are easy to clean.This is a fabulous cat litter box. I would gladly purchase again and again! Also, the price on amazon is so much cheaper than buying any top entry cat litter box from a store, and the ones in stores aren't nearly as cute as this one!

bought when the price was lower ($25) so based on that, it’s worth the money. the shield isn’t super secure as some has said, but it fits and stays in place because my cat doesn’t have the thumbs to pick it up so no problem for either of us (plus it’s really helpful either way and saves me from extra cleanup) the scoop it came with is small and useless but it’s no big deal since i’m really only paying for the litter box. been using it for almost a year now and my kitty is now full sized and it’s still a mediocre size. she’s a bit smaller than average so it’s good as a transition box between kitten - 1 y/o. the ridges on the bottom are a bit annoying when scooping but if you angle your scoop you can easily scrap litter off so i don’t know why people are complaining over their own lack of competency. quality is good, my cat is a big scratcher and the bottom is covered in scratches but it did not affect cleaning / the box at all. overall solid product!
