Very fragrant wood that adds a nice note when shipping sake. One of them however cracked due to the cup getting wet and drying back up. This might be due to the bottom being really think and the sides rather thin.

They were exactly what I was expecting. I was nervous about adding sake to them, because they don’t appear to be finished with anything, but they did fine with the alcohol and then cleaned up and dried out again perfectly. As a bonus, my cat can’t knock them onto the floor and break them!
