(i.e. mounting it on the bottom of a terrarium and then setting the terrarium directly on any type of table or the floor/carpet). Always use the enclosed rubber feet to elevate your terrarium thus allowing the heat to escape. If unsure of bottom mounting, the side mounting of the iPower® Reptile Heat Pad is the preferred application.

The heater mat works well, but the thermometer arrived broken. I hope the company will see this and send me a new thermometer

Item worked well, heated as advertised. I deducted stars because shortly after use it began detaching from tank. I ended up removing and replacing with seed starter heat mat that worked well.

I highly recommend this heating pad. My Leopard Gecko definitely appreciates this pad. It is much larger than his last one, and it was needed since it is winter now. It produces quite a bit of heat and the in-line temperature dial is convenient. I highly recommend this heating pad.

It has worked well for me, but I don't use it as a reptile heater. Completely forgot until this review that it came with the thermometer and I have no idea where it is. Go for it because it works.

I bought this when my two part epoxy was getting too many bubbles because of the temperature of my basement. It works great and keeps the epoxy between 80-90 degrees F.
