The power reptile heating pad is specifically designed to be used on standard glass terrarium for reptiles, amphibian, small animals, or plant terrarium. Compare with other general heat pad in current market, Our heat pad is made of a new heating film which inserted in the pad, providing the suitable temp equably in several minutes. 3m adhesive paper: provides a strong grip to the contact area. The heat Mat stays exactly where you want it. at room temperature 68°F(20°C), the surface temperature of the heat pad is about 86°F(30°C). this result is measured under experimental conditions, and the actual data will be slightly different.
WARNING: Risk of Fire. Never mount the iPower® Reptile Heat Pad in a manner that would encapsulate heat. (i.e. mounting it on the bottom of a terrarium and then setting the terrarium directly on any type of table or the floor/carpet). Always use the enclosed rubber feet to elevate your terrarium thus allowing the heat to escape. If unsure of bottom mounting, the side mounting of the iPower® Reptile Heat Pad is the preferred application.

Bought multiple of these for my knob tailed geckos. Some can’t get the temperature high enough but some do. It’s a hit or miss.

2 Month review.. bought 6 for a diy snake rack they have been holding temp and working fine only a couple degrees off ipower is making some pretty liget heating pads for cheap basically got 2 for the price of one.

I'm using these on acrylic snail cages and I'm having constant issues keeping them stuck to the side. The warmth is very consistent, even though you can't adjust the temp at all. I ended up having to use a drop of super glue to keep them on the tanks, which is going to suck if I have to remove them down the line.

I used this for my baby sand Boa and I put the second away for when I need it in the future. Works great with the Ipower thermostat.

These work well I havent had any issues so far at all with these. I use one for my roach colony and have the extra one as a back up. No complaints yet. Good deal in my opinion 👍🏻
