I’m not going to lie, I might have been able to file some sort of claim with some photos or something but when they arrived (a pack of 2); one of them was a fine pulverized dust beside a seemingly untouched jar and lid, both blessed by God himself, that appeared completely and inexplicably intact.To my great dismay, upon retrieving his whole self from the abused remains of his own brother, I discovered the lid was stuck. The ground glass lid was impossibly jammed into the glass to the extent that after resorting to WD-40 and penetrating oil, hot baths in the sink, and careful tapping with a knife, my only course of action was to give up and throw it away or smash it with a hammer and scoop the new sand into the bag he arrived in. Going to look elsewhere.
