My phone wouldn't charge and it looked like the cord looked like it would not go in all the way. I tried compressed air and it didn't help so I bought this and it worked great. I have 3 kids so I know I will use this again.

Although this probably is better suited to cleaning phones etc, I find it's also perfect for mechanical keyboards. Plenty of tools to get in all the nooks and crannies. They are nice quality too which is nice!

Had problems charging my iPhone as it was intermittent. Changed the cable but still no joy, bought this kit and it has all the tools to clean out the charging port. The amount of crap that came out was astonishing. the kit also has all sorts of other tools for cleaning ports of all types.

My iPhone had stopped charging via the lightning port but was charging fine using MagSafe. I thought I'd give this a go to see if I could clean the charging port and it worked perfectly. Phone now charges with no problems. Instructions are clear for each tool and I used 3 or 4 of them to get a thorough clean.

My husband works in the automotive industry and his phone is constantly getting clogged with dust from sanding etc…. he was able to clean every single part of his phone and AirPods! His phone wasn’t charging properly until he used this to clean it. Highly recommend to anyone who needs something to clean their phones out properly! The other cool thing is it comes with 10 different cleaning tips for different things!

I bought this because the lightning charging port on my wife’s iPhone stopped working.It would still charge wirelessly, so I knew the battery was fine. I used a couple of the (helpfully numbered) items to clean the port, and used the cleaning solution that is provided.The port worked straight away, so this kit saved us buying a new phone. It’s nice and compact too, and the pieces seem well made.

I've got a Sony Xperia 1v that kept giving a "moisture or debris" alert whenever anything was inserted or removed from the USB C port.It got so bad that the alert was on constantly.I look after my devices and nothing i did would resolve it, so as a last resort, I got this and IT WORKED!!there's everything in there you might need and more. I say "and more" because a generic manual is provided talking about orange and black coloured items, these are only black.It doesn't explain the putty squares inside and it doesn't tell me what the "cleaning solution" is or how to Use it.If the provided documentation was accurate, this would get the full 5⭐.However, this IS an excellent kit, the items feel well made and if decent quality and most importantly, IT WORKS!❗THIS IS SUITABLE FOR ANY USB C CONNECTION NOT JUST APPLE ❗

My son had older IPhone and it eventually stopped charging. No matter how much we tried to clean port it didn't matter. I got this as last resort before tossing his phone. After a few minutes of gentle cleaning and removing some gunk it started charging again. Wow, saved me almost 1k dollars and my son couldn't be happier. Also love the case and all the extras you get with this kit. I'm recommending to my friends and family because this little kit is a life saver!!! Thank you

For the most part it got the job done. I still had to go in with a safety pin to get the debris really jammed in the corners but overall it worked well enough. Some of the tools seem unnecessary but I can charge my phone again so I'm happy with it.
