I had somehow destroyed the gel on the original base of my Otti phone holder. So I bought this replacement part. It worked perfectly as described. It does not come with the base which sticks to the dashboard ( which the description clearly states).It fit perfectly into the top section with the ball joint and does the job! I’m very satisfied that this part was available. It’s easy to install.

The original phone mount kept coming off dash, this mount has kept it in place, even in the very hot summer heat hitting the dash

This product doesn't work on leather dashbroad. The the suction cup on the holder works well. This should be put in the description of the product, telling that it will not stick to leather dashbroad.

It works extremely well for a while but the suction cup has an adhesive that will degrade overtime and will make a big mess on your dashboard. I had to use GooGone and sole Acetone to clean up after removing my old one. I did purchase this again to replace old one. I use it with my Samsung Wireless Charger

Great cell phone mount. Works well for an iPhone 15 pro. SOLID mounting, and the adjustable arm make the fit very customizable. Highly recommended.

Had a third party cheap windshield adhered phone mount when my iottie cup holder mount didn't fit the bill in a new vehicle. Was fine for about a week. Then the thing fell apart, as did the next one that I replaced it with. So glad that I could order just the arm and now I feel stupid I didn't do it sooner! Excellent product, super adhesion and super solid build! I won't be going back to cheap knockoffs.

I cleaned my dash first and let it dry. When I removed the adhesive cover and applied it to my dash it didn't stick. Tried pressure and time. Nothing worked. Garbage product.EDIT: After my disappointment with the one I received from Amazon I made a warranty claim on their website. They were quick to respond and sent out a replacement which is working fine. Might be they had a bad batch or who knows. What I do know is they stood behind it and, no questions asked, shipped a replacement. No product is perfect and excellent customer service should always be rewarded. Moving from a 1 star review to a 4 star review.

Después que la almohadilla que incluye la base se derritiera por el calor ocasionado por el sol, por fin pude volver a usar el artículo que compré anteriormente, no se me hace tan bien que la almohadilla cueste 10 USD cuando el mecanismo entero para sujetar el teléfono me salió en 28 USD. Independiente de eso, es el repuesto original y funciona bien.
