Not durable (I purchase this product twice because the first time I bought it, the material seemed sturdy ).It’s being a year and some of the wheels have broken. The original “driven” brand wheels have never broken in 5 years.

We saved the hospital bed we used for my father & lend it out all the time for friends that have knee surgeries, hip etc. Unfortunately the wheels started disintegrating. We found these at such a great price & they fit perfectly! Just popped them on!

We were looking for these casters all over the net and could not match their part number to our medical bed which has two model numbers: 5490 PMI and 5000 PMI. The casters listed on Amazon looked just like the ones we needed, so, knowing Amazon for their great returning business we took a chance and ordered them. We promptly received them and discovered that they are exactly what we needed; a perfect fit for our bed. We could not be any happier.These casters are well built and easy to put them on.
