I love this pool. I do suffer from PDSD and aging disabilities and to be able just to get in the cool water helps both so much. That's when I get into about the grandkids but I love to watch them have a ball in it. It's very durable it's worth the money all the parts were there the size is perfect for my yard though we have multiple people using it I do recommend getting a larger size pump which I'm doing this summer as well as a cleaner that runs on the bottom. But that's just me. I would recommend this to older folks younger folks children or even without It's very relaxing.

Quick easy set up, very durable and came with everything we needed. The grandkids love it, I highly recommendUpdate: After 4 weeks of use pool started leaking where filter connects.

We purchased this pool and set it up only to notice it immediately started leaking. There are multiple pin holes throughout the bottom of the liner. Not sure why they make the sides out of tough sturdy material and make the bottom out of thin flimsy vinyl but it was ruined from the set up.

We have had this pool since the beginning of April and the liner has had several holes to patch and it’s now bubbling out on 2 sides

We didn't have enough use, time or space for a larger pool- were an offset couple and don't have all the grandkids here at the same time, so this small pool is perfect. Has a small filtration system to match the pool size and is easy to clean. And a life saver on hot days without being a pain.

I have a small yard and this pool/setup is perfect! Big enough so you don’t feel like you are in a kiddy pool but small enough to fit almost anywhere. We love it!!! It was easy to put together and the maintenance is a breeze!! So glad I made this purchase!

Where do I start? I purchased this pool as it was an excellent price and set it up a couple of days after receiving it. I noticed that it had a small leak but as it wasn't too bad, I let it go until the pump started spewing water. I reached out to Spreetail via their email and let them know what happened. They advised they would replace the pool as long as I sent a picture of a cut out of the liner proving that it was unusable. I drained the pool, cut out the liner and was sent back an email with a tracking number. It's important to note that I have purchased from Spreetail on two other occasions a rainbow kiddy pool - one sent to my home, one sent to my niece in another city 300 miles away. It is also important to note that the email clearly shows a picture of the 10x30 pool and order number. A few days later, I check to see shipping status and notice that it's being delivered to my niece's old address. I quickly call in and the kind woman says it was a mistake and they actually sent a replacement kiddy pool. She processes the adult pool and sends me a tracking number later that afternoon. I receive the replacement adult 10x30 pool two days later, set it up on the concrete pad we had put in for this purpose and place a tarp in between the pool and concrete pad. I fill up the pool, go out to turn off the water and bam.... leaking again but this time, it's a little worse than the previous pool. I email Spreetail immediately, not really expecting anything at this point because I'm not going to dump this water again. The person replies and tells me not to worry, they are going to refund the pool and there's no need to return it or do anything on my end. Great, right? Wrong.... Today, I get an email saying the refund is processing.... for the kiddy pool which was ~$60, not the $197 I paid for the adult pool. I attempt to use email to resolve the issue to no avail. I call in, calmly explain the situation and am told that they will refund it but I will need to cut out a piece again, draining all the water that I've now used a second time to fill this pool. I tell the woman that I am not going to do that when I was already told it would be refunded and second, I've already spent $300 filling this pool up TWICE. She says they will send me a partial refund of $40. I am not asking for anything more than what I was already promised by the email representative. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this pool. I'm not sure if it's a faulty liner or just my bad luck but two leaking pools is two leaking pools too much. In the past, we've had a pool on this pad for months, no problem and an inflatable hot tub for two years without incident. For the record, I would not have expected the full refund for any other reason than that is what was offered. I would also like to add that despite all the trouble and confusion, etc.... their phone representatives were all respectful and professional.
