I slept on this full size mid rise for 4+ years 2020-2024. Perfect for my back. Loved it so much I bought a second one still in 2020. After over 4 years (it is now 2025), I've switched to the "new" one (bought 2020) and it is also superb. Just ordered my third. I sleep on this with my back better than any other mattress. I don't think it likes being moved and deflated based on the lower star ratings I see , but it is perfect for me so far. It's on a steel frame that has an old solid foundation with fabric padding so it is on a stable platform. For a few years it occasionally needed a quick 20 second pump up but I was left plugged in so that was NP for such daily use.

I decided on this one when I saw the top was level like a regular mattress. My previous ones all had the built up side supports. Always felt like I was rolling into the middle, sort of like sleeping in a canoe. Really bugged me and being a light sleeper it wasn’t a good fit for me. I added a 2 1/2” thick foam topper and a soft padded mattress cover to this one and it is wonderful. The topper cushions the body while the bed provides firm support, like a traditional quality mattress. I use king sheets and they stay down well. I sleep on this bed most nights. I’m 120lbs. Have had no issues with it, no leaks or shifting around (its on carpet). Very happy with my purchase!

My first self inflated mattress and I loved it! Great Quality. I used it daily for a week while staying on vacation at my brother's home and it worked great. It was me and my 2 girls (age 3 and 5) who used it and it did not deflated. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I bought this mattress by accident, while looking at other possibilities. I'd recommend it to friends and family. It arrived in 24 hours about. It blows itself up at a flick of the switch. It also sucks the air out, vacuum sealed, making it easy to roll up, and place in the travel bag provided. My husband and I had to sleep on it for 3 weeks while waiting on a bed delivery after moving. In that three weeks, we might of added just a tiny bit of air 2 or 3 times. It was firm and comfortable. I almost forgot it was an airmattress. For the price! Totally worth it, and Queen size too. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an air mattress that makes it through the night and season.

I love this mattress, for the price and the quality I don't know if it can be beat! There is absolutely no noise getting on and off (mine was temporarily on carpeting until my platform bed came today). I added a two inch latex topper to it which I already had, which added an extra layer of comfort. On the floor it was great, like a sleep number bed, once my topper was added. The velour surrounding it is awesome. Sheets cling to it very nicely! The size referenced in the ad 72x80x18 is pretty much spot on. A standard king is 76x80. I was hoping that the 4" wouldn't make a difference but it is quite a lot once I put the airbed on the platform (another reviewer suggested that if you are putting the airbed on a platform to use the cardboard from the packaging and once cut to size, put it on the platform slats, which I did and it seems to work great).I would probably be happy with it on my platform bed if I hadn't ordered one that is a full 18" tall. I pretty much have to climb up on the bed, so even though it is only 4" short (2" on each side), I decided I need to go with about a 10" airbed. Since I took a chance on this size, I'm not going to return it. It wouldn't be fair. They would probably have to throw it out due to Covid (that's what Big Lots does - toss the returns). So I'll keep the 18" mattress for my spare room. If it was shoddy mattress, I would return it, I took my chances with the size.I recommend this mattress. Remember inflate, deflate, inflate again and deflate maybe once more so it stretches a bit. You may have to add air every three days or so, but it's worth it. Not much air, just a little due to temperature changes etc. Maybe in another week it will settle into it's "happy spot" and added air won't be needed. It's so easy to add, I don't know why people complain. Intex is a good brand -- they have been around a long time! So now I'm off hunting down a 10-12 inch for my platform bed. Hope this review helps! =)

We ordered 2 mattresses. One is great. It inflates and deflates easily, is comfortable and retains its inflation. The other loses about 30-40% inflation over night. I am currently attempting to contact the company to determine replacement processes but the website while appearing to be easy to navigate, when you get to the end of the web form it does not allow you to submit it. I will update this review after hearing from the company.Update: I contacted the company about the defective one and have not yet had a response from anyone. ThereforeI have adjusted my rating to 1 star. If a company does not stand behind their product there is no point in buying from them.Update: Finally I just received a replacement air mattress. It was a long arduous process and I had given up. Then it arrived. So yes these mattresses are wonderful and comfortable and yes the company does stand behind their warranty BUT be ready to be patient and persistent.

Update: it's about 20 months old now, and is starting to lose enough air that I've felt the need to order a new mattress, as I really can't manhandle this mattress searching for a leak and don't want to wait too long and end up on the floor; I suspect the leak is in a seam somewhere anyway, where a patch probably wouldn't work. My large dog sleeps on it too sometimes, but together we don't come near half the rated weight, nor are there sharp objects or whatever that might damage it, let alone through the foam topper. I suspect the average life must be somewhere around this long. Not bad at all for the price, and it has been comfortable.I've been sleeping on this bed for well over a year now, and have had to add air only a couple of times, and only very little. I had to give up my ultra-comfortable water bed, sadly, but this one is a decent second best for comfort, once the air is adjusted to one's preference. It fills quickly and easily, and deflates just as fast when required. My only "cons" are the same as I've always had with air beds: they're so light they slide around on the base at the slightest excuse; and much more irritating, for some reason they do not hold sheets in place, not even fitted ones that are deep enough to accommodate their depth. With the portability, durability, and the price on top of the durability and comfort, these can hardly be beat.
