If you enjoy working with your hands, disassemble then reassemble this is a fun fix. The Fan works great, really took away the noise my son's PS4 was making and allowed me to completely clean all components thru the process, U-Tube will show step by step

Pretty good actually but the fan doesn't come with the padding that the OEM fan has just a heads up. But I've had it for weeks already and the ps4 is nice and quite. Highly recommend using the thermal paste after opening ps4

I bought the wrong one but I stripped the wires sn soldered them to the right connected sn the fan works great. Initially my ps4 didn’t end up working due to other reasons but the fan started right up.

Less noisy than my original fan. Doesn't sound like a jet anymore but still can hear it.

Wife has a white OG PS4 that was constantly overheating. Disassembled and cleaned a few times, but eventually the internal fan starting making crazy noises. Checked and rechecked the model number, ordered this fan, and a few days and a hundred screws later, the PS4 is running like new. They also included a small package of thermal paste, which was very thoughtful. As a bonus, I never seem to get all the screws installed after I put everything back together, so I was able to add a few tiny machine screws to my "random screws" drawer.

I'll be returning mine. It came and is supposed to be compatible with my system. It all hooks up but the fan don't work. I was sold a defective fan I guess...upon getting another I may or may not edit this review.

My old fan was bad replaced it with this one and it works like it should, only problem is that I had to push it in with some force and carved an existing hole to make it wider for it to fit correctly. I have an CUH-1115A
