Squeegee blade did not remove all of the water from the glass shower door. Instead, it left several strips of water on the door, which were not completely removed even after several passes with the squeegee. Called & advised Amazon, who contacted the manufacture for a replacement. The manufacture did not supply a replacement, so Amazon credited me for the purchase price.

Works, however it makes a high-pitched squeaky noise ( unlike my old one) that drives me nuts. Thought it would “wear” in but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

We have had the same model of squeegee for years and were very satisfied. After it broke, we ordered the same squeegee, but the rubber material has been changed and the squeegee makes loud squeaking noised and does not shed water as well as the previous material.
