Got this to entertain my new kitten that I'm having to isolate in my bedroom and bathroom so my older cat can get used to the scent before they're introduced. This toy entertains the kitten who chases it like a madman and it goes everywhere in the 2 rooms so she is chasing it and getting good exercise. It has managed to extricate itself from getting stuck in corners and tight spots I was sure it would be stuck. My bathroom has thick chenille rugs and the toy goes from the bare floor to the rugs and off again with no problem. My bedroom carpet is low pile and the toy rolls on it just like it was bare floors. I have brought it out to the other rooms for my older cat to play with it and she likes it too, but isn't as wild in her play as the kitten. Lasts a long time between charges and it is easy to recharge. Love this. Seems very durable because it bangs into walls and furniture legs and just keeps on going. It started rolling slower after about 4 days of heavy use, so I took the clear plastic piece off the wheels and cleaned the cat hair off and back to full speed again. My cat's like the slower speeds better than the first really fast speed. I like that when I turn it off and then turn it on, it defaults to the last used speed.

Cats were instantly engaged! I have 3 older cats and they really like it. It moves erratically like real prey and the tail gives them something fun to chase around. About as loud as a tiny toy car. Squeaks can be turned on or off, but they are not loud either so I left them on. Great value for the price.

TL:DR; Cute, Affordable, Easy to clean, Cat safe, Sturdy, and Fun!!I just received this cat toy today and right out of the box it worked incredibly well. I was a little worried about its sturdiness since it moves quite quickly and was subject to hitting walls or furniture, but the rubber casing it comes in protects it very well.My cat wasn't too sure about it at first, but after several minutes, she was obsessed! It has three modes as listed, and it was very easy to switch between each of them. She enjoyed the blue "fast" mode and the yellow "interactive" mode the most.I also have to say, cleaning it is incredibly easy. The rubber casing comes off and is easily wiped down with water. I would not use anything other than water or vinegar diluted with water since you want it to be cat safe, but any of the dirt collected on the rubber wiped off very easily. The ball also crept its way into some tight corners and collected hair, but it was very easy and simple to remove and did not get caught in anything. For $20, I'd say this is a great product.I will also say that if your cat is overweight or older, they might have some initial disinterest in the toy, and I'd recommend offering silver vine and catnip to them before offering the toy. It may also be jarring to your cat if you put it on the "fast" mode first, and I'd recommend the "slow" or "interactive" mode beforehand. Also, keep an eye on the toy!! I wouldn't leave it out all the time simply because the toy could turn off behind a couch or underneath something your cat might not be able to get to, and then it will be lost.If you have a multi-cat household, I'd also recommend you to please, please get more than one!! My cat was locked into this hunter mindset even after playing with said toy, and if multiple cats are chasing the same object or toy, it can and will cause fights.This is not a replacement for one-on-one play with you and your cat, but is an excellent overall source of enrichment when paired with treats, and is easy to offer while you make dinner or watch TV, not to mention is a great deal for the cost.

My dog loves to push a hard large ball in the back yard but it is winter and a lot of snow here. Looking for some toys to keep her active indoors. ( she is a border collie ). I came across this interactive ball that said it can travel on carpet. It works so great….it does keep her busy for hours. If you have a destructive dog, it is not for them. Even though she is a super active medium sized dog. She is not destructive of her toys. The perks with this is you can clean out any hair that gets collected running on the floor. The noise level is not annoying ( chirping ). And it does have a nice light that goes on and off. It is not large in size and will not work for all dogs. Definitely a must for cats .

I bought this for my two cats, One is a two-year-old try pod, and the other is a 4-month-old overly energetic and playful kitten. They both seem simi interested in it when it is off, but once it's turned on, no matter the setting, it freeks them out, and they lose interest. (* even my dogs are a bit freaked out by this toy ) I have had the toy for a month or so now and they just don't seem to care for it.Now, on to the toy itself, it is very sturdy! This thing has wound up rolling itself down my stairwell several times, and nothing has broken it. It has three settings that work great on hardwood floors and short carpets/area rugs. The charge on it is ok; when it's not played with, it will chirp and roll around to entice play, but it will ram walls and make one heck of a sound when it does. If it is on hardwood floors, it can be quite loud when rolling around. It seems to do a wonderful job of getting itself out of odd areas. Overall it seems to be a well made toy I just wish my fur babies were more interested in it.For all the reasons stated I have rated this at 4 stars.

Enfin ! J’ai trouver un jouet pour mon chat . Au debut il avait peur mais apres 1 journee c’etait ok. Cette balle est genial , je suis surpris elle ce dégage de toute les situations. Habituellement les jouets automatique reste prit au bout de quelque secondes et il faut ce lever et lever pour dégager le jouet. 3 modes et la batterie dure longtemps . Vous ne serez pas déçu !
