Works well, cats are still interested even after playing with it often. I wish the charge lasted a bit longer though, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Excellent cat toy. I liked how it came on every so often on its own. It keeps my bengal entertained - highly recommended!

THIS! Amazing. Keeps our 3 cats busy and exercised. It has a timer too, so I can walk away and get a bit of work done. The lil Machine is cute, as well. A great addition to our home, for all creatures! Even 1 of the dogs follows the cats around chasing the red dot. Thankful for this.

This is a really great interactive pet toy. My cat absolutely loves chasing “Dot”. It has different modes, is rechargeable, and has a long life between charges. It’s quiet too, and has a good range of motion. It’s a good size, and it’s cute too! Highly recommend.

I bought three battery powered cat distractors. They're all effective at keeping cats entertained while I'm in meetings, however, this one has the poorest battery life of the lot. By far. That alone makes it the one I wouldn't recommend. It keeps the cats entertained as much as the other toys, but while I only have to recharge those a couple of times per month, this one needs juice every few days. If it were easy to take apart, I'd pop a higher-mah battery in there and be done with it. But it's not.In another few weeks I'll get annoyed with the excessive recharging and put it in the giveaway pile. These other toys are even more motor-intensive. One alternates between spinning a butterfly and rotating a furry thing around under a mat. The other is sort of like an independent all-terrain two-wheel thing that chirps, blinks, and acts like prey. So they're moving all the time - and clearly have more beef in the battery department.

Works as promised! perfect for those zoom / work calls where the cat didn't get the memo that he's not to disturb the call.

Only have had this for a couple days but it keeps my kitty occupied! She has figured out where the laser is coming from already and will just sit and stare, but the change is movements/speed help her continue the chase. Keep in mind it does start itself every 3 hours and runs for 15 minutes. Freaked me out at first when I didn’t know this!Overall - runs smooth, not loud, and has so far survived one paw push to the ground :).

My cat can be a bit picky with toys, however, she absolutely loves this. I did have to show her how it worked, but when she got it, she loved it. She now knows how to activate it and will keep herself entertained. The battery life is ok, I’d say it lasts maybe a day or two (I keep it on). But I just keep it plugged in, that way it’s always charged! Once it dies, it takes a minute for it to charge enough to be turned on. I put the pointer on the slowest setting, which is still pretty fast. And I have it set up on two books, so it’s about 3 inches off the floor! If I have it up any higher, she can’t reach the laser as it goes up on the walls. The light is bright enough to be clearly seen during the day as well!Overall, this was a great purchase and well worth the price.

My cats wasn't so into it at first. It's great when you're doing something and you want your cats to be entertained. But, nothing beats the play when you just do it yourself. Instead of buying another handheld laser, I just hold the head and play with my cats. I do half half in that way. Battery lasts a day and a half in my experience.

I've had it a couple weeks and my cats absolutely love it, I hope it lasts but it's been worth the money either way.
