Don't be me. Get an AMD CPU. Mine works fine. In fact I'm actually pretty blown away by how fast and powerful it is....But I still recommend it to almost nobody at least in current year.... it's overpriced there's no upgrade path from here and it runs unreasonably hot so you're also going to be spending more on a good cooler. Etc. There's also the issue of these things overheating and breaking which they say was fixed...and I've run into no issues...but I don't necessarily trust Intel.

I am upgrading from an 8th gen, so I would probably be impressed regardless, but this thing is doing great. My benchmarks are outstanding, and my Arctic LF iii 420 is keeping it under control with minor BIOS tweeks to control electrical loads and avoid thermal throttling.I love it.

Wonderful processor, my copy passed tests at 1.28v and original frequency of 5.5. Temperature did not go beyond 78 degrees Celsius, 2-section liquid cooling. About 200 watts of consumption. No freezes in games paired with DDR5-6400. For $ 330 this is the best choice, 7800X3D now looks stupid for $ 460

Upgraded from 12600k so I could utilize the same motherboard and RAM but mainly to benefit a newer GPU. Normal PC usage feels the same, but the temps are much higher. I'm comfortable using this generation now after Intel pushed all their microcode fixes. Haven't ran across issues or instability and overall happy with it.

Eu não sei o que aconteceu nesse processador, o parte de thread e Núcleos deveria ser diferente que esses valores deveria ser 8P +12E e 16 Thead nao sei se é o processador, a placamãe b760M PG LIghtining/D4, ou o sistema operacional. Se esse problema acontecer com você reinstale o sistema que corrige, ainda não testei com a fonte, o water cooler e gabinete novos que comprei quando chegar eu dou a avaliação definitiva.

Eu pesquisei bastante antes de comprar meu i9-14900K e tive sérias dúvidas entre ele e o AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, mas o fato de eu ter usado um i9-9900K por muitos anos, sem nenhuma dor de cabeça, pesou bastante. Outro fator importante é que eu uso o computador para diversos tipos de tarefa e os processadores da Intel são mais voltados para isso. Se eu tivesse montado uma máquina quase que exclusivamente para jogos, teria comprado o Ryzen, afinal gosto das duas empresas e adoro a competição entre elas.A Intel realmente resolveu os problemas que estavam ocorrendo e confesso que não tive qualquer contratempo. É importante instalar a última versão de BIOS antes de qualquer coisa. Ainda no sistema antigo, eu fiz o download no site da Asus e coloquei o arquivo em um flash drive. Ao iniciar o sistema pela primeira vez, já coloquei a nova versão antes de começar a instalação do Windows.Com relação ao desempenho, o i9-14900K é simplesmente um monstro. É óbvio que precisamos de um conjunto bem equilibrado para obtermos um resultado satisfatório. Ele está montado em uma Asus ROG Strix Z-790E Gaming Wifi II. Para RAM, escolhi dois pentes Corsair Dominator Platinum C34 7200MHz, de 16GB cada. O water cooler é o MSI MAG Coreliquid E360, que mantém a temperatura dele por volta de 30 graus em idle (figura), o que é simplesmente espetacular para um processador tão poderoso. Quanto ao consumo de energia, não percebi diferença na conta de luz, porém não fiz overclock agressivo e nem acho que é necessário, uma vez que a velocidade já é avassaladora.Enfim, se você quiser um processador que serve para qualquer tipo de tarefa, incluindo jogos, pode comprar o i9-14900K sem medo de ser feliz.

I put a ThermalRight Phantom Spirit 120SE on top of my i5. Only one of the two fans fit on the cooler in my case, but even with just the fan between the two radiator fins, temps are below 80 degrees at full load, and average around 40 idle after a couple hours online, and 70 in games like Cyberpunk.I'm using a 4080 Super and usually game at 1080p but dont' think 2k will make much difference in temps.Good combo if you don't like AIOs!

I tested this CPU on Linux and FreeBSD and the performance is good in UNIX. Total core count is 32 and I've run it at full utilization for hours. The single-core performance is better than a Ryzen 9 CPU I have in my rack, which is nice. Arrived timely and in good condition. Would buy again.

Tudo é providência, nada é coincidência ! Já estava montando um PC do zero, quando em uma promoção da Amazon, este processador Intel 14700KF que não é barato apareceu com um preço fora do comum e numa condição de suavizar em parcelas sem juros. Verifiquei que a entrega era realizada pela própria Amazon e não vacilei na aquisição ! Tudo instalado e funcionando até agora perfeitamente bem !

chegou na data prometida, mas acho que poderiam te embalado melhor, pois a caixinha dele ficou um pouco amassada, mas está funcionando e é isso que importa! é claro que por ser da linha que termina com K, ele vai esquentar bastante, então invista em pasta térmica, fans e/ou air cooler e tudo mais, também! recomendo a compra!

This is a well-rounded CPU for those looking for a balance between strong single & multi-threaded performance at a relatively affordable price point. If you're looking for an install-it-and-forget type of CPU, this isn't it. You should update your motherboard BIOS with the latest CPU microcode to protect the processor from potentially being exposed to high voltage-related degradation. Intel extended the product warranty for these affected boxed processors to five years.With some voltage & load line tunings, this CPU ends up being a fairly energy-efficient processor at the 125W long-duration Turbo limit. Users who want more performance could set higher PL1 limits (up to 253W for Intel performance specs).
