I wanted to love it so much but I absolutely hate it. It started off really well until it stopped dispensing formula for some reason the formula valve keeps getting stuck and only dispensing water. I’ve sent the first back and got a replacement and the replacement seem like it does it way more than the first one so unfortunately, we are sending this product back and getting our money back.

Bought this item for my first grand. I bought it in July in preparation for an August baby shower. The baby arrived in September. I was able to use this product for one month until it just stopped working. It worked wonderfully when we first started using it. It was amazing then all of a sudden only water coming out. I followed the directions of cleaning and it’s still not working. I contacted Amazon for a refund but because it was bought in July it’s no longer eligible for a refund or return Amazon had me reach out to manufacturer who has yet to return any of my messages or address this issue. So I ultimately bought a $200 dud. I do not recommend this item to anyone and very unhappy with the lack of response from the manufacturer. As I read the reviews, I see this is a common issue with this item. Something should be done. $200 a lot of money to waste.

Not having to constantly wait for water to boil, measure out the formula and then mix it, has been great. This is super easy to use and wash. We get about 2-3 bottles out of it depending on the size we are making. Totally worth it if you want to save time and headache, especially late at night.

The Mercalon Instant Formula Maker has a sleek design and promising features, but my experience has been frustrating. Despite its potential for convenience, the unit arrived broken not once, but twice. In the first case the touch screen was "off" to where I had to repeatedly touch random areas outside of the Start button to get it to work, the replacement I received wouldn't even do that. I already had a BabyBrezza Formula Maker Pro in my kitchen and was hoping to use this in the baby's room so I didn't have to trudge downstairs to the kitchen at night, but nope. Also this thing is SUPER LOUD.

Ahh one of the joys of parenthood: a hungry baby in the middle of the night! The sound that fills a home with desperation on both the baby and parent. Then this formula maker comes along and boom, a few buttons and bottle is ready to go in a jiffy! In short order the family is back to sleep. Worth itMaking formula overnight is hard, we've been using a bottle warmer to keep the water warm and then mixing on the spot as needed. This mixer takes all the work out of it and is great at those odd hour feedings. The beep on the screen will wake you up (it's a bit loud, I don't know why a silent mode isn't included?!) it is an annoyanceIt assembles / disassembles easy for cleaning. It would be great if it stated the formula part can be washed in the dishwasher. We do it by hand since it didn't say. Just check it is 100% dry before re-assembling it, or you'll get clumps / ruin the dry formula. It is a lot to clean every 6 bottles as recommended, so we use only for the overnight feed, so we don't need to clean it dailyNOTE: Mine arrived broken / used, the box was pretty torn up and parts around the box. I noticed one of the sides was detached as well. A replacement was sent within 2 days, and I had to return the broken one. If you get one that is broken, reach out to support ASAPAt the cost, it is debatable if you should just splurge for the BB brand one, they function similar, and it works better, in my opinion. If this were 1/2 the cost it'd be an easy / strong recommend

What I liked about it was the water temperature and how convenient it was, but the problem I had was with the formula. No matter how clean and dry you have it, it will always clump up and not dispense formula. You’ll get at least two good bottles and then after it gets hard and can’t open and release formula. You’ll have to wash the formula part at least every 2 bottles. It’s just a hassle. I could have just bought a water warmer. Don’t waste your money on this.
