Nice gun for undercoating. Say to clean. Nice that it's adjustable fluid tip. Hose could be longer but does job. Great product for the price point Build quality is good as well. Will last a long time.

Really nice tool feels solid, the container is a bit small though that's the only down side. I was kinda of disappointed about that. I really like that it's came with the hoses & regulator. That way I don't have to take off the regulator from another tool.

I used this was a 10 gallon air compressor to shoot Surface Shield onto my new vehicle. I did epoxy the extension wans near the fitting barrels to avoid issues with it spinning thanks in part to suggestions others have made. This worked great and I had no issues with the wands working. You will want to adjust the spryer tip to get a good spray pattern. Well worth the $.

This did the work of undercoating my truck. Previously did it with a paint brush (don’t recommend) Gets places you can’t reach otherwise

Honestly, I really only new the basics of this procedure when I had a pro work on my truck and should have watched a few videos before I attempted it... so take this opinion as from someone that has no prior experience doing it, nor did I tale more than 3 minutes of research before attempting to do it. I was also using woolwax for the first time with a sprayer and used the same level of diligent and thorough research, as well. I will also note that I procrastinated on doing this job, so I am trying to undercoat my 2005 Sprinter campervan in 40 degree weather before it snowed in early December! I was also using a small 1-gallon California Air Tools CAT-1P1060SP compressor (It is a great compressor) which has a max of 100 PSI and it ran all of the time. I also forgot to get plumbing thread tape. OK, I was an idiot… Anyway, despite being an idiot, I have certain 'mechanical abilities', gleaned from years of mistakes, it was fairly easy to put it together. It is a nice tool, and reminds me of sprayers from 30 years ago, the bowl is aluminum and the rest of the tool steel parts except for the gaskets and plastic gap hoses. At that point my complaint that the air sprayer fittings were loose at where the pressure regulator is and they did not really stay tight... and it was probably my fault, as I forgot plumbers tape. After everything was all set, I poured some slightly warm wool wax into the bowl and it would not eject from the nozzle, I decided to heat up the bowl in boiling water on the camper stove and got it to start to mildly boil and miraculously I did not spill anything or burn myself. Did it work, yes but the nozzle or the flow adjustment was difficult at first and then when I almost had the nozzle adjustment turned all the way up, I finally got it to work.I sprayed it on fairly thick and I went through a gallon of woolwax and it took me 3 hours total, as I had to heat up the woolwax every time. The only thing that did not work well, 1. I thought was the nozzle flow adjustment was not that good or I just did not know what I was doing. 2. I needed to have the bowl vertically or full o product (woolwax) to work well. Also, the extension wands coverage was not very good but this may because the woolwax was too thick, even when fully heated.I am glad I bought it and I will use it again and hopefully get more proficient at it. I think I did a better job than my pro did on my truck..

Worked well and as expected!Sprayed Fluid Film with both hoses and spray tip on a warmer, almost 60° day late this Fall.Check that the male air hose connection works/ fits before you get all prepped and ready to go. The ring on the supplied silver one is too thick?? Right style but wouldn't lock in. The gold one from Harbor Freight did the job.A good investment in both time and materials to apply rust proofing for your car.

There were no reviews for this as it is new, but I took a chance, and I am glad that I did. I used this to apply Fluid Film to the underside of my vehicle. This is my first time applying Fluid Film, so I have no other comparison to make. Initially I was going to use a different spray gun without an adjustable nozzle, and then purchase spray cans with the hose adapter to get inside the frame and hard to reach places. The gallon size Fluid Film is much cheaper than the spray cans. This gun lets me avoid the spray cans altogether, saving me money. It is also nice to be able to adjust the pressure right on the gun. It came with easy-to-read instructions and seemed to be well made.
