This is a great all around product. I am very happy with the easy install and everything worked out of the box. Make sure you read small instruction card to set the amount of paper towel to dispense each time you use it. This is a 1 tine set up.

I bought one in October, 2024 and it worked pretty good until recently. The paper towels started feeding back into the dispenser crooked, so the towels would jam up. After visual troubleshooting with their Rep, she was able to see what the dispenser was doing so they sent me another one. Their warranty information states they will provide a new or refurbished replacement so you buy a brand new one, and probably keep getting ones that were returned. It arrived within a few days and the very first time I tried to use it, it did the same thing. I even tried a different brand of paper towels. Aside from being thoroughly disappointed, I'm now out of my money with 2 units that don't work. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the Troubleshooting Rep was great. As for the other 4 stars, this product is not worth the trouble of installing it under your counter. It sucks to be out of $100 because it doesn't act up in the first 30 days and there's no need to keep replacing it during your year warranty, because it just frustrates you more.

A carpenter who was in my home working on something else installed it under a kitchen cabinet for me right on top of an AC outlet. (Didn’t think it worked by battery, did you?)I was always shifting a huge roll of paper towels all over the kitchen ; on top of the sink, next to my toaster or on the island. No matter where I placed it, it was an eyesore.Being a gadget technical person I. Spotted this on Amazon, or course. You hold your hand in front of the unit and it will dispense your towel. You can set it to dispense a large number of towels pre one half towel, which is what I use.First time I used it, it dispensed about four full towels and I said this thing is broken! However that is not the case. Clever design allows to to take as many full or half towels that you want and then, retracts all the unused towels back into the dispenser. I’ve been using it to dispense an already slit half towel and then it sucks it right up.I found that if your take a half towel out, after a few times it will only dispense a half towel which is all I need. If I need more towels, I hold my hand in front of the sensor and it will dispense as many as you need, If I need four full towels I hold my hand over the sensor and out comes about four or five towels. You tear off what you need and again, it retracts the roll until next time!I find it looks better than having the towels all over my kitchen and I don’t waste towels any more pulling out too many. I like this dispenser but you have to realize one fact; pull out as many towels that you need by holding your hand over the front sensor, but realize you have to accomplish this prior to the unit retracting all the towels. I have a great quote from my grandson who asked, “ Grandpa, why does it eat the towels?” Well now you know. One last thing, I purchase the huge rolls of towels from BJ’s and they fit in the dispenser with no problem, thus far .

Friends were impressed by it. They said we were like the Jetsons, living in the future lol.Works great, but it seems like the dispenser prefers the towels inserted so it pull from the bottom which is practically blasphemous! Everyone knows paper goes over the top.

It was easy to install. It works well with every type of paper towel I have used in it. Easy for kids to get paper towels.Just an FYI - Hi vis coats will set it off from 3’ away but that is the only issue I ever had with it.

My wife gets mad at me when I came in from the garage and touch the kitchen paper towel while trying to tear off a sheet. She found this automatic dispenser on Amazon. I installed it under our kitchen cabinets and its works great. Setup for sheet size was simple (just need to be quick to grab what you want before it retracts). A simple gesture pops out one or more sheets as required and I love that it retracts back into the unit if I trigger it by mistake. The sensitivity is just right. I have cupboards above it and a breadbin below it and it hasn't triggered by mistake yet. A nice addition to our kitchen and it'll stop me getting shouted at!

I had the older model, and the method to connect it to the mount was a simple matter of aligning the pegs on the top of the dispenser with the holes in the mounting bracket, then sliding it left or right to lock it into the keyhole slots. The new unit requires the unit to be screwed to the mount from the side, and the screws are tight to the top of the unit (against the cabinet) making it challenging to install them. This was made worse for my situation because my cabinet bottoms have an overhang that drops another inch and a half down, meaning I could not fit a screwdriver in, so I had to tighten by hand, then use a bit with my fingers to tighten as much as possible. This just holds it in place, but I’m not confident that they are tight enough to keep them in over the long term. I also don’t like that they have to be unscrewed if I need to remove it to clean the tile behind it, etc, which I have had to do with the old unit when my blender top popped off and stuff went flying.The unit looks nice and seems to work well so far, but mounting took a downturn compared to the original.

Because of the decorative molding that is 2 1/4 inches below the bottom of our cabinets, Installation was not as easy as I had hoped. I Had to use a 1 3/4 inch hardwood spacer to clear the molding, otherwise it was pretty routine. The first unit we got didn't work and after troubleshooting it with the Innova customer service team I requested a replacement through Amazon, which arrived 3 days later. The second unit works as advertised. My wife and I are happy with the way it works, the way it looks, and it clears a little space on the counter top where the old paper towel roller stood.

Dejó de funcionar a las dos semanas. El vendedor me cobró el envío de regreso para hacer válida la devolución. Tiene dos semanas y no me han reembolsado nada.
