My last move landed me in a very small apartment and it occurred to me I had too many DVD's taking up my small space so I bought a few of these storage cases and moved my DVD's from their bulky boxes to a nice alphabetic arrangement in the boxes. Now instead of having a whole wall of DVD's I have 6 storage containers on 3 shelves of one cabinet. Real space saver. And the DVD's don't fall all over the floor when you remove one either.

I was skeptical given the mixed reviews and the lack of choice in the market for new and even used or second hand options. Amazon recommended two accessory items to go with this unit. Additional sleeves two sided and alphabetical tabs. The unit feels solid and needs literally two pins to get the two halves put together for the box. The only thing I dislike is the keys. These are absolutely flimsy but no worries, the lock is just a square shape so any screwdriver or hex/allen key should work. When put together and all the sleeves and tabs put in this unit really looks cool and useful. Thanks!

Thin sleeves. Box could be more compact. Can't compare to Staples old CD roledex with hard plastic slots. I would only buy this for storing DVD CDs I never look at. Not sturdy for touching daily, weekly. The lock and key reminds me something from my Barbies when a kid. Lol.

This is my second purchase of this item. Item, gets 4 stars only because the shipping was horrible. It took quite a long time to receive and the tracking # I was given did not work until about 2 days before it finally arrived, it was being delivered by UPS. So it's bad enough that it took forever but I had no idea what was actually happening with the delivery. Amazon flat out told me that I could get a refund at one point a couple of days before it finally was delivered. Final verdict is the case is great, the shipping on the other hand, not so much.

This is a tricky one to review. It's pretty much the only option out there at this time for a hard plastic case that holds disks in sleeves instead of jewel cases and is not a book type option. If that is what you are looking for then this is it. I've searched and there isn't much else. I've bought probably 10 of these things because they were what we needed and I could find nothing else.As for the product itself you ask? Well it is mediocre. None of them have broken but assembling them feels as if you are going to break them each and every time you put one together. I'm not sure if they are stronger than they seem or I'm just very lucky but as I said, none have broken as of yet. They hold a crap ton of disks and come with plenty of sleeves, dividers, and more write on labeling stickers than you will ever need in your life.Looks wise they are nothing to marvel at. They don't match our decor but they help minimize the space our disks were taking up in their cases and they fit nicely inside a large square covered basket I bought at target. I can hide 4 in each basket and then a bunch of misc things like spare controllers beside them.
