I had to buy some wire and brackets, but I was able to make these work on my 1965 BMW R50. And their slightly retro fits in and style looks great.

I bought these because I needed smaller signals to fit HD Fatboy after adding quick install/release sissy bar.Installation took some modifications to blinkers by shortening the bolt shaft. Also had to solder slice new wires into existing wires so original turn signal plugs would still work in existing tailight housing. I like how they look but housing is still slightly loose after 1 ride. I will need to use locktight on threads because you can’t torque the bolt super tight due to it being hallow. My biggest complaint though is 1 bulb burnt out after 1 ride! And because these blinkers are smaller, the only replacement bulbs I’ve been able to find are LEDs. The bulbs need to be 38mm or shorter to fit in blinker housing. LEDs don’t work because the blinker just goes full on when selected to turn. And I’m not splicing in more items on the wiring harness (50w resisters are called for LEDs). I don’t want even more junk under the fender. So 4 Stars for looks2 Stars for easy of instillation1 Star for longevity & bulb replacement.

Have a good, weighty feel to them. Quality seems better than I expected for the price. Not great obviously, but decent. As per many other reviews, day 3 and the bulbs have burned out, but I also can’t find replacements that fit. A standard 1157 plugs in and are much brighter, but at WAY too big for the housing. All that work, four new marker/turn signals, and on day 3 I have no lights.

Installed the lights and took the bike out for the first ride, when I got back, 1 of the amber lenses had melted a hole through it, and as some previews reviews, these lights are dim, didn’t bother me fir brightness since I have an integrated taillight, but for those whom would rely on these for signals ,they would be SOL.Do not recommend.I decided to look further into this matter, since I have bought them already, upon opening the light unit, I believe one of the reasons the light may be drastically dim is that the reflector inside the light is dull and mat, if it were polished or chrome, it would certainly be some what brighter. I will replace the bulbs with a 1157 LED version and see if I can salvage the purchase.

For a Vulcan 900 install you will need a spacer to avoid rubbing with rear bumper. It’s a neat little light, let’s see how it holds up. Wish the bulb were easily led replaceable but as per some other comments here it is not a common bulb size, I have not checked and will look into that when the time comes. I would buy again, but would try the clear.

I bought these for my 82 Honda V45 Magna to replace the cheap plastic turn signals that were installed when I bought it. They look awesome, made of metal, and seem to be high quality. My only complaint is that they made my blinkers hyperflash, twice as fast as normal. The old ones were incandescent, just like these are, but the resistance must be lower causing it to blink fast.

Solid metal turn signal. Lens is amber with rubber gasket to keep moisture out. As another reviewer noted, my signals have amber lenses as well as amber bulbs. I felt this made them not bright enough for proper daytime use. I simply swapped out the bulbs with the OEM bulbs from the original signals. The only thing missing was some kind of connector, like a bullet connector plug for each wire. I purchased them cheaply elsewhere and once applied, installation was simple. Would buy again without hesitation.

Fit and finish is great, very solid. I should have payed attention to the wiring as i needed 3 wires for the running lights for the front of my bike! That was my fault. But the rear lights work like a charm. I wont be returning the other 2 lights, i can use them for something else. Its a great pricethey still run good. but the small bulb size does effect the brightness of it. its very dim. hard to see. at night its ok.I should have gone with the stock lights but they are $75 each at the dealership. these got to go if I want to pass for inspection.

These lights are fantastic! They arrived promptly and in smaller than expected box, I was prepared for the worst that a cheap pair of turn signals could be. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these look and feel incredibly well built with a smooth shiny aluminum housing and what feels like a glass lens. The wire is copper and much better quality than I dared to hope for, it was incredibly easy to solder because the individual filaments were strong enough to twist and bend without breaking and they held shape well. All in all I'm a big fan of these and would happily buy them again even for double the price!

Works good. Bought 2 sets for my bike, and they don't appear as bright as expected but still clearly visible.Wish it came with lock washers as well. Wired and worked with stock light without any major modifications. Was glad to see the lights can be rotated after tightening the nuts down, it's FIRM and holds them in place, but you can easily adjust the angle should they get tightened down crooked. They're not plastic, which is a nice plus.UPDATE: After owning this awhile I have to drop a star.-the wires are ABSURDLY THIN and cheap.-the light bracket is steel and the whole inside of these RUST badly just from moisture getting inside.-the plastic FADES, FOGS, and CRACKS with enough UV exposure, I'll need a new setup next year already.-They work okay for a cheap solution, I HIGHLY suggest you go with LED's in these, as the bulb, if used too much, CAN melt the plastic. (but wont happen with normal blinker use)-you get what you pay for, but if you need something to last, or something that will be parked outside often, invest into something else.wires are fairly thin. but not so much that I fear they'll burn out. gurantee I'll update review if any of them fail.
