The seller says this tool is made in the USA but it has all the looks and feel of a cheap tool. The tool is top heavy because the plastic handle has no weight. I might cut this tool open because I suspect the handle is hollow. Made in the USA but couldn't afford to put USA on the cheap plastic handle. I have Chinese $5 tools that are better quality than this thing.
