I love this printer! It is easy to carry and print off anything I need for work or school! I love that I do not have to buy ink for this printer and that I only have to charge it to use it. I easily connect this printer to my phone app and use it easily. I would recommend this printer, but the one con is the paper rolls. It took me over a week to unroll the paper after I had used it. I would get the paper that is in the pack instead of the rolled paper.

I live small and don't have a computer or printer at home. This is great for printing work needs when I'm home or out and about. Happy with the ease of connection to my phone and the quality of the printing. The curling paper is not ideal, but worth it for the convenience of printing a hard copy to work with at home.

Such a great little printer for someone like me who only needs one occasionally. You can use the roll that came with it or purchase flat sheets, either works. Great portability and fast charging as well. 👍

nice little printer, little tricky getting the drivers on the computer, wish they supplied them with the printer instead of having to go online and download them. Good price well made. My wife loves it. very portable has a nice carrying case as well.

Got this for our hotshot hauling business and this works amazing! Easy to use and takes no time to set up. Easy to send from phone or computer for printing. The paper was not the best, but for our purposes this is great. Doesn’t take up much space in the truck and easily packs away. This would really work great for all trucking or hauling purposes! We will be ordering more!!!

I was hesitant to purchase this, as I know thermal paper is where they're gonna get me, but I don't print very often and have very little space to keep a printer. For school this semester, I have a professor who insists on paper copies of our assignments, so I had to purchase this little guy and give it a go to save myself on printing costs at school.The app is finicky, but it works and is fairly straightforward to connect to using Bluetooth. If the printer disconnects and you can't reconnect it, I usually just close the app, turn the printer off and on, reopen the app, and reconnect (in that order). I've learned I have to have my stuff ready to go, so I open the app, turn the printer on, connect, choose my document, and hit print. I love that there's a "page by page" printing option so I can tear off each page as it prints and it doesn't come out as one obnoxiously long roll.I've had the most success using the "Text" and highest quality setting for document clarity. The text doesn't come out looking garbled and is clear and easy to read. It's certainly not photo-quality, but for the price and size of the device, I can't complain.Overall, definitely a bit janky, but it's very small, and fits my needs without being expensive. Worth the purchase if it's on sale for around $80, like mine was. If it's over, I'd say probably look at other devices. For the size, however, I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be.

It’s always a little unnerving to purchase a product that is to use with my iPhone 14. But I’m happy to say it works beautifully!! I tried following the instructions and ran into a tiny struggle, so I reached out immediately to the phone number provided. I waited less than three minutes to talk to someone who completely knew how to help me!! he was kind, considerate, and easy to understand. One warning… When your Bluetooth the product to the iPhone, it will come up in Bluetooth as not supported. But that’s not true. You have to go to the app and then pair it through the PrintGo app, the corresponding app to the product. I plan to use this to print off music from guitar tab for out on the road. It’s going to be the perfect product for that. It prints very easily and is high quality. I will probably take a paper cutter with me out in the field and then sheet protectors which will keep the music from rolling. I will also be using this for remote learning With my Guitar Teacher. Definitely well worth the money from me at least. And really appreciate the live support on the phone!!

I had no idea a printer existed that doesn't require ink!! That alone I knew it was worth a try~ I am elated @how great it works! EASY set~up, quality is outstanding, convenient size & easy to carry w/ the cute carrying case it comes with, prints quickly, & it works w Bluetooth not the spotty common wi fi!

I have owned so many printers in my life they always stop working and needing expensive ink cartridges. So i decided to give this portable printer a try, love the idea I don’t need to buy ink cartridges. I will add that my need for a printer is very basic. I don’t need it to be portable. I just occasionally need it to print documents..The printer comes with instructions. Based on my experience, I will say the instructions are not complete. I was not able to connect to the printer from the app so I ended up submitting a support ticket. An hour later support called me and walked me through the set up and print process and finally got it to work so kudos to great customer service.Here is a summary if anybody else is having the same issue.- Remove the cable from the printer if connected- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button until it is green- Open the printer by pressing the two buttons at the bottom.- Remove the sticker if still there, pull the paper about half an inch outside of the printer and close printer- To print click on the document, when present with print screen, click the top right print button and select Jaden‘s printer- Wait until the document appears in the app then click print.I only have had the printer for three hours, but I am liking how easy it is to print my first document. Also customer service is top notch. I cannot speak to how durable it is, but hopefully it lasts longer than all my other printers.
