I really like that the blanket gets hot to really work up a sweat and provide intense relief to my tired muscles after long day. It also helps me wind down before bed. The material feels sturdy, and cleaning it is easy. Another perk- my skin does feel smoother and glowy after using it :) I love being by myself, so I prefer using this blanket in the comfort of my home where I can detox and relax with coffee house music and some wine.

I used to have a full-size infrared sauna, but when we moved, it was too large to come with us, and we had no room. I have been missing the benefits of a sauna for a long time, so I have been researching sauna blankets, and decided on this one with all of the positive reviews. I am here to add another positive reviewing confirming this sauna blanket is an amazing buy, and it really works! It’s lightweight, super easy to use, and comfortable. It heats quick, relaxing your body, and definitely causes a sweat! There were no foul smells and it was easy to clean. I can’t believe I waited this long to buy one, but so glad I finally did. A must have!

I really wanted this infrared sauna blanket to work, but it was a huge disappointment. It takes way longer than expected to heat up, and even when it finally does, the temperature doesn’t seem to stay consistent. The blanket is uncomfortable to use, and I didn’t feel any of the relaxing or therapeutic effects that were promised. For the price, this product is just not worth it. Don’t bother with it if you’re looking for a real sauna experience.

The amount of sweat that I had with this blanket is insane! It was really easy to set up, all i had to do was plug it in and press the start button and lay for about 60 minutes. I usually play on my phone to watch tv for the time to pass by. It’s really comfortable and hot. You can adjust the heat to however hot you want it to be. It is definitely pretty big size for all body types. Really convenient and efficient!
