this item is not blowing up and evrytime I plug it out it deflates. how can I keep it inflated?

This has been a great purchase for my grandson. It has held up to his rambunctious self and at 2 he has learned to clear the floor in their living room and push the on button to watch it blow up. It is fairly easy to pack up. We did not realize the blower didn’t come with it so had to make that as a separate purchase.
