Too big and bulky. Not really worth the price and it’s a hassle traveling with that. My daughter didn’t really liked it. In a way it eats away the space in the seat because it’s too tall and it almost didn’t fit.

This product does not work. It’s not only huge and bulky, but the air pump doesn’t work. I tried to return, but had missed the window. Bad purchase!

Turkish Airlines prohibits the use of this product on their flights. It's very likely that many other airlines, especially on long-haul flights, have similar restrictions. To avoid issues, it's best to check the airline's policies in advance and opt for approved products that are universally accepted on long-haul flights.

1). How this works in comparison to others.I've looked at a lot of these kinds of footrests. This one has, literally, more than other comparable products, since it comes with a pump, a footrest, a bed, and an inflatable neck rest for a child, and also a light travel bag. The footrest and bed attach together with velcro that is behind a flap most of the time.2.) QualityThis is good quality, and the plastic feels good. The holes have two levels, one that allows you to pump in without having too much air come out, and the other which allows you to deflate quickly. You need to remember to put the nozzle on the hose for the pump to work. You can also put the materials in the bag, pull it out when you need it.3) EffectivenessI imagine this would work well for an 1-2 year old, but at that age, you are not paying for an extra seat. Your child can sleep in a carrier more effectively, in my experience. After 2, things get harder because it's hard to make sure that your child doesn't slip out of your arms, and you spend a lot of muscle power on long flights just trying to keep your child up. I think 2-3.5 would be an ideal age group for this tool, when some children might be small enough to curl up in it; after 4, your child would definitely be lying back on the headrest and using the inflatable neck pillow. We took this on a trans-Atlantic flight. It might work better when there's a longer flight and more time to reset. The footrest definitely works very well, and helped my child to rest his feet rather than kick the person in front. We had two problems, though:a) One was that the bed didn't fit, at least in British Airways. The seats did not dip, so we didn't need the bed sideways. I think a major problem was that the person sitting in front of us had the seat reclined all the way.b) you need to show that you are wearing your seatbelt during take-off and during turbulence. They will wake up your child even if turbulence is over, if they've gotten the regulation to do so to make sure that people are wearing seatbelts. There's no real way to strap the seatbelt over the bed. What ended up happening was that I put my child on my lap and sort of laid crossways across our two seats. The footrest was actually really nice for me, because otherwise I would have struggled with supporting him and keeping my legs in the right place; the footrest helped prop me up.I will say that this is a great design and the footrest gets 5 full stars from both of us. I was worried about it being complicated with so many parts, but it's actually not. And it's easy to use the pump. But I also think that the bed is a little bit superfluous, at least for our needs. If you're on a plane that is larger, it could be really useful. You could also use it as a little cot, or in other ways. I'm definitely keeping the footrest, which I think will continue to be useful on longer-haul flights, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to keep the bed portion.

Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)We, as loving pet owners, are a bit dedicated to support our now senior dog on her travels. For years, I kept trying to find a solution for our window-watching, front passenger observer dog aka 'The Navigator,' who insists on her front-row seating every time she sits in our car!Today, of all days, my searches for the perfect travel bed is finally over! While this well-made, sturdy, airplane bed ticks all the boxes and then some, we have finally arrived at our destination-- that of a perfect, yet strong supportive bed for Luna, so she can be comfortable while enjoying the spectacular view speeding outside of our car. As they say, peace of mind (for us) is PRICELESS. ;o)Let us tell you what's so terrific about this airplane bed:• The materials used is heavier weight than the other airplane beds we've tried. That means it's less prone to being punctured by our dog's toenails. And it attests to its durability over time.• We took a shortcut, and used our powered air pump to save time on inflation of this device. This bed has several heavy duty valves (a plus in my book!), that allows us to adjust the dimensions of the inflatable parts.• This airplane bed has incredible support underneath, with the thicker than usual hassock/footrest, that nearly fills the footwell of our car and levels the air mattress incredibly well! This hassock also has velcro on the top portion to help secure it at the foot of the airbed. I've never seen this wonderful feature in the other airbeds we've encountered! When I read about this feature in the description, it cemented me ordering this bed on the spot!• Just so you know, we did place a lightweight dog bed with a zipped cover on top of this inflatable mattress, to better support our dog on the sides, that is, from the dash, door and the console.• This airbed also came with a very helpful and sturdy storage bag with zippered pockets for accessories, and inflatable neck pillow that we actually use on our road trips, a good thing!Long story short, this airbed is phenomenal, and I can't find anything negative to say about this simply awesome, well designed, well-made airbed and accessories. It's money well spent on a quality product. Highly recommended and then some!Give this SKYDUSK DESIGN Inflatable Airplane Bed for Kids a try... I don't think you'll regret your purchase.***********************************************************Update:An opportunity to save wee bit of moolah!Right now, there's a 13% price drop to make your purchase all the sweeter!***********************************************************May Your Year Be Warm, Cheery And Bright! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors! Hopefully, this review was helpful.

Recently flew from New York to Helsinki with my 3-year-old and decided to purchase this inflatable toddler airplane bed for our first red-eye flight to Europe. Initially skeptical about the pump's size, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily it inflated within the limited space on the airplane. The bed proved to be a game-changer, providing a comfortable perch for my child to comfortably view the screen, which would have otherwise been too high. The entire installation and uninstallation process turned out to be much simpler than anticipated, and I'm confident that I'll be using it again on future flights!
